I eat a variety of foods. I try to keep my protein sources to beef, fish, shrimp and eggs. Sometimes I’ll have chicken too but not super often. I will supplement protein powder in if I end up falling short of my daily protein intake. Majority of my daily fats will come from the meat if it’s a fatty cut, avocados, and sometimes peanut butter. Carbs vary depending on the day. Sometimes I’ll have rice, pasta, or even bread. I eat relatively healthy but since I’m not competing or anything I keep a pretty relaxed diet. Main goal daily is making sure my protein is high.
@@tyjamestv Awesome ! I been eating a lot of rice, chicken, fatty steaks and fatty pork but I can't seem to get over 165lb. This is the heaviest I've ever weighed but ive been stuck for a few months now! Thanks for the info man!
Everyone’s body reacts differently to nutrients stimulus but some basic concepts to keep in mind as you find what works best for you: Calories in calories out. If you’re burning more then consuming, you lose weight. Consuming more then burning, gain weight. Consuming the same as burning, maintain weight. Another basic rule of thumb, is protein intake. A basic number to shoot for is .7 to 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. Some people need more, some need less but it’s a good starting point to find what works best for you. 🤙🏽
@@tyjamestv I guess I'll be getting a whey protein. I work a manual labor job and work out . I try to lift heavy and not a lot of reps but I'm guessing I'm just not intaking enough as you explained. Would you have a preference whey or different weight gainer that I could pick up at GNC? One that you know works good?
@@jwhitezr1 I prefer the Redcon1 MRE protein or MRE Lite protein because it’s whole food based. That’s just my preference. There’s a lot of different options out there though. If you want Redcon1 products though I do have a discount code available. “TyJames” is the code and it takes 20% off. The link to their website is also in my linktree on my profile.
you just look like someone who was fat as a kid and now your only personality trait is lying about juicing and flirting w highschoolers at the coffee shop
Controlling the negative doesnt have to be this slow... it simply means that you have to control the weight You wanna play with the weight not the pther way around
True you can vary the speed of the eccentric but on this particular exercise, having a nice and slow eccentric maximizes loaded time under tension on the eccentric
@@Berilaco absolutely! However, the reason why it’s more advantageous on this cable machine variation of the exercise is because at the end of the eccentric movement the full range of motion can’t be achieved. You’re limited by the starting position of the handles and cable swing arms. Typically at the end of the eccentric portion you want to put the muscle in a nice deep stretch under load and tension to really drive hypertrophy. Which scientific literature has proven to be the most hypertrophic part. Since you can’t get the muscle in a full stretched position due to the swing arms stopping, instead, maximizing time under tension with a slower eccentric can help compensate and still increase the hypertrophy of the movement. :)
@@BerilacoPrimary muscles worked by this exercise is Rear delts, but secondary muscles include traps and rhomboids. So in order to hold the pause after the concentric portion, your secondary muscles will need to stay engaged (shoulder blades being squeezed together). Then once the eccentric portion begins the primary load returns to rear delts. Basic physiology of the movement :)
From the MTK fitment description “Universal-fit: for all boats longer than 16 feet, 76” - 102” wide.” The 2011 Tahoe Q7i is 20’ 6” long and is 96” wide. So it falls within the specs of the universal fitment guide
I was always curious how people dont have fuun playing this game. Watched your video and now i can understand LOL idk why maybe just a mix of inpatience and unfamiliar with the game
He’s right. Y’all are right. Was this a funny video? Y’all’s comments are crazier than the vid question. You ex military bros, don’t ever go down that foxhole to the finally. There has been enough of you that have. We’re supposed to be protecting the civilians of our country. Reread The Oath to The Constitution. Keep it Funny
Gen X would get a pregnancy test, shotgun, and ammo for it; then ask the cashier where the nearest state park is that has bears, cuz they eat bones and all. 😊
