I’m guessing this is a small lake/pond build? No rod storage is the first thing that jumps out at me. Otherwise, clean build all the way. Though it wouldn’t work for any kind of big lake/river/back bay trip.

Most every marina I know has no fishing regulations. If caught your gear is taken and you get fined. The regulations are written due to obnoxious fisherman that destroy others property and don't care.
