All the Lagos State Govt need to do is to get the residents who committed the offence to clear up the trash and fine them for what they did. Why seal up the private residence? What if it was due to the flooding that rubbish from residences are spilling into the streets? Many people in this country are clueless about governance and how they should be governed.
