Just discovered the channel a week ago. Been flicking through the old videos as-well. Great channel and content, and definitely will be keeping on eye on each new video! Keep up the good work!!
Thanks for watching mate. I personally don’t add anything no but most fuel stations either run alpine diesel or sell the additives. In saying that in Australia there are only few places if any that someone’s fuel would freeze up.
Fishing Patonga in the 1960s you were always guaranteed a good feed of flathead every outing. Also there were plentiful catches of Yellow tail caught from the wharf. Australia’s population back then was just over 10 million so not so many fishing in those days.
Where is this place i went to Leichhardt, inner west Sydney' They told me. Nope central west would be Auburn Nope no forest there either Where is this place?
Thanks for the feedback! There is a video rundown of the vehicle that is on the channel. I will be producing a new version soon to go through my updated gear list.
Info like the history of the area, the type of cordless drill that was used, and the power, etc. of the Ryobi cordless chain saw would be very interesting.
Thanks for the feedback. I will be including this information in my upcoming video rundown of my vehicle. I don’t include this information in the videos as I am trying to make them as immersive as possible. But I’m more than happy to provide the information to someone who is interested.
Thanks for the feedback. The wood was fairly wet so it was difficult for the fire to get going. It regularly hits -3 in the central west this time of year. If you don’t have anything nice to say, or are uninformed, don’t say it at all please. I appreciate constructive feedback, this is just being rude. Thanks Ryan
@@tomskimcdouglegaming806 I am not a dishonest person and you don’t know me, nor were you there, so all you have to back up your claims is your perception of what you think and your opinion. Im not sure what your objective is “exposing” me for something that you don’t even know is factual or not? I’m sorry but it’s not that deep, it’s just a camping video. If you don’t like it don’t watch, all you have done is just leave a negative comment on this video about something that you aren’t informed about and can’t confirm any factual information to base your claim on. If you think I lied about something good on you, I can tell you that I didn’t but it seems you know all 👍 have a good day anyway.
Nice video. Have done a lot of camping but never without the vehicle close by, but you do get to see so much more when you are on foot. Shows you don't need too much to have an enjoyable short stay. Have to say it looked pretty cold there though, prob in the minus!
Thanks for the episode Ryan. I really enjoyed the hike in and camp set up. Maybe next time you can share your thoughts on a piece if your kit/equipment you use for this type of camping. I’d be very interested as I know nothing about hiking. 🍺👍
ice one Ryan. It's nice to see something different every now and then. Do what you enjoy doing and record you experiences. If people don't like it then they don't have to watch those videos. You may even gain more subscribers as new people find these new videos. I've gained extra subs from uploading videos from car shows/event and from my motorcycle videos.
Great clip Ryan! Even though you guys were on foot you were still eating like kings haha! I miss going on hikes like that, I used to really enjoy it. Cheers for sharing mate 🤙🏻
Thanks for taking the time to watch Archie, it was good fun. I think some of the food I've cooked over the fire tops the old packet pasta but it was still nice. Hot food when it's cold always beats nothing. Glad you enjoyed it mate, Cheers Ryan
Thanks for taking the time to watch mate! I was recommended them by a friend instead of the freeze dried meals who said the same thing, I've added it to the list, I'll give it a try next time I have that pasta. Thanks for the positive feedback. Cheers Ryan
Hey Ryan...really enjoying the remote walkin adventure hikes, adds another dimension too your already FAB channel. The Radix dehydrated meals I find are actually really nice, when I get away I make sure that I have plenty on hand, just so easy and quick...and yeah they taste okay as well. Keep the entertainment coming.
Thanks for taking the time to watch matt, I appreciate the kind words and positive feedback. I really enjoyed that meal for what it was, I will certainly be trying the other flavours. Cheers Ryan
Thanks for taking the time to watch matt, I am planning on doing something like that in the near future, I have only really just revised a lot of my gear, thanks for the feedback. Cheers Ryan
I got the Crashpad swag stretcher combo as well. I have the outback. I have the solid centre pole too and love it. It gives the perfect tension to the swag. I'd highly recommend the Crashpad to anyone.
Awesome Jake, well done mate. I have the fiery red from vic offroad. Its a great winch. Its a good piece of mind having the winch up front. Im really hoping in the future to see you winching Ryan out somewhere 👍👍🫣
Excellent mate. Instead of running 2 batteries I recommend getting an Optima Blue top to replace your existing one. They are excellent for big discharge and recharge from near flat in 30 minutes. I ran a 4.2 diesel Landcruiser Ute with winch with one and it never missed a beat. 👍🍺
Thanks for the advice mate, I’ll look into it. I would prefer keeping the 1 battery so it doesn’t interfere with my snorkel so that might be a good option for me. Cheers
Golden rule. Never leave a fire to burn unattended. Even at night. Even in winter. A spark carried by the wind can spark a bushfire at anytime; summer or winter. Australian bush can be tinder dry without you realising it
