Chaos hobos are a good way to unwind, but the sheer satisfaction that comes with Golden Retriever energy gives me life. I tend to shift into the ideals that devotion paladins give off as I play in a campaign for long enough. Playing a vengeance paladin… but he’s actually a half-decent guy. Playing a teddy bear, and he’s the group mascot. Going to play a grung who hates himself… but he’s more than likely gonna turn into a golden retriever frog boy.
Unpopular opinion= this is my favorite subclass of my favorite class in all of DND. Some thing about being the white knight in shining armor is some thing that I find awesome also smiling photos with the fury of God well, I think Sabaton is also something awesome
Hmm, Makes me wonder how well a paladin would do in a grappling fighting style. A bro who loves hugs. I know it's probably not in the rules, but making a Smite into piledriver would feel fun to me, at least on things it can actually grab and toss.
Anyone wanna try out my HB feat in there campaign? Cus I recently made a one that can pair with the Zealot Barbarian or any spellcasters. If you are interested and your DM allows this congrats now the paladin isn´t the only one who can harness the power of the mighty b-slap of god! [Gifted Holy Warrior] (You have obtained the power of the holy. Despite being a follower of the gods or not they see potential in you and has granted you a boon to tap into a fraction of there divine might. Use this gift with care and may it serve you well) You can now pick 2 cantrips from the cleric spell list and choose one lvl 1 spell from the cleric or the paladin spell list and add them to your sheet. They do not count into your total amount of cantrips or spell and are always prepared. If you are a Zealot you cast these spells equal to half your proficiency bonus rounded down instead of spell slots. =Note: You can only take this feat if already can use spellcasting or have taken the Zealot sub-class and Zealots can now cast smite spells while in rage. Also your spellcasting ability for these spells depends on the class you chose: Wisdom for cleric spells and Charisma for paladin spells;=
Seems to be the only way to build a good Strength-based unarmed character. You don’t need to go all feral with your claws you can just Punch your enemies with literal “greased lighting”.
I started my dnd adventures 8 years ago. Played only campaigns. And ALL my characters were tieflings. I swear. There were more than 10 (if i count unfinished campaigns). And i remember all their names... So, yea.. I think they are neat :)
For the first dnd campaign i am going to play through i am going to be playing a tabaxi echo knight, for those who don't want to search it up, i am basically going to be fast as f*ck and i am going to have a shadow made of murder.
Not original in the slightest, but someone needs to play a Goblin Aberrant Mind Sorceror. The mind goblins are real, and they are coming for your testicles.
