BEWARE !!!!!!!!!! (would have given It no starts if possible) Firstly, please let me establish my credibility as an Aerospace part manufacturer. We have decent scale machine shop with several local and imported machines. With deep frustration and anger I write this review so no other firm/company is a victim of the pathetic sales and service support provided by UCAM. I had placed an order for USSR-153-TNRP model which is a 3+2 rotary axis table. The order and payment was done in June'23 , the table did not arrive until 2nd week of November!!!!!! Despite several reminders on email/whatsapp and phone calls all I heard was "next week" and "sorry". After installation the table functioned fine only for a month. Next thing we know is there is a bracket which is broken in the system. How can there be such an escape. Extremely poor quality parts must've been installed to make something like this happen. It's been 4 days since it has happened but there is no replacement part or installation person here. These 2 major incidents show that they are not serious about they do. And do not care about any customers. It's sad that companies like this will ruin the Indian machine tool industry image throughout the world. All I would like to say is BEWARE of purchasing anything from this company.
