Awesome work. Also, where did you get all the instruments for the soundfont? From listening to this version of One Winged Angel, the brass trumpets and strings remind me so much of the classic Jimmy Neutron TV series. So nostalgic. I've been looking for MIDI orchestral instruments like that for years.
Thanks for your comment. I don't remember exactly which soundfont was used in this earlier project, I have hundreds of soundfonts all over the place. There are many websites offering them, such as Musical Artifacts, Soundfonts4U, GoldMidiSF2. And there are also soundfont collections. Two free soundfonts you may try out are "MatrixSF" and "NeoGM".

After peeking at game files, it seems that each "Ambience" track music is result of small chuncks of files that are randomly played so they give unique music on each playthrough and, at the same time, they can promptly switch to combat sound cues.

FF7 is definitely better than 8 but only by a thin margin however, when it comes to OST 8 is way better than 7. Coming from a non-bias fan of both game

I only played this game on PC when it came out and it still is a good game. The soundtrack takes me back to know how hard it was to grind for the gear. I love this!!!
No, I'm not very familiar with the topic, but I did check several videos now to quickly learn more about this. Based on those videos, I don't think there's a shortcut here, like an online solution or something, that would only require a few clicks or a little input, like an AI generator website. You'll need to put in some effort if you're serious about it (and also decide/figure out what your model should be). So you can't avoid using some sort of software... or paying. It seems the PNGtuber setup could be the easiest at the beginning, look into that. (Search on RU-vid with these keywords: "how to become a pngtuber" or "toontuber tutorial").

Might already have been mentioned, but to fill in a few gaps in your list, Unknown 1 is the tune that plays in the short scene where the beam from the Sister Ray cracks against the barrier surrounding the crater, and Unknown 2 plays in Rufus's final moments just afterwards. Both are part of The Makou Cannon is Fired ~ Shinra Explodes on the soundtrack, and it's interesting to see that they were cut up for the PC version.
