@@MK10022 Hey! I’m doing well :) I’ve just been focusing on offline experiences and not creating as much online content. But I’ll be back soon! Hope you’re well too😊
Hi Vina. Another lovely video. It’s nice to see you’ve settled into Paris life and seem to have a nice group of friends. I’ve somehow missed your last few videos so I’m having to catch up. So, congratulations on your art print! It’s beautiful, and I’m sure it feels good to have taken that step. You are always so sincere, delightful and forthcoming. And it is evident in the depth of your thoughts that you are truly an artist. 😊 Can’t wait to see more upcoming creations. Wishing you all the best.
Thank you so much! Indeed, I’m happy to make my art prints😊 and to learn through experience what it means to be an artist! I wish you the best too☺️ Your kind words are very encouraging!
Thank you so much! Currently, I'm selling my art and teaching English too😊That's so exciting! I hope it'll all work out for you. It'll be such an adventure ✨
Thanks for your videos. I love them. They are something of an inspiration as I’m planning a move to France in the coming year. Do you enjoy now living with roommates? I’m wishing all the best for the coming year!!!
Hi Vina, did you ever teach english before? I also live in Paris and am also thinking about giving lessons in my native language but I am a bit afraid since I have never taught a language before... how did you learn to teach?
Hi :) I taught English before as a side job while studying in uni. You can search on google for teaching resources, like "beginner grammar exercises", "beginner vocabulary" in your native language. These can help you to plan your lessons. As you continue to teach, you'll learn and improve from your experience 😊
Hi😊 I make portrait commissions for private clients and I’m planning to sell more of my art. I also have help from back home if I need! If I take on a side job, I’ll share more about it too :)
What a fun and beautiful vlog while also very calming. All your friends seem very lovely too and Paris looks magic! I liked that book recommendation, you explained it in a way that has piqued my interest now. New subscriber, looking forward to seeing more :)
Yes! I'll write out some books here :) The books that showed me art: Memories, Dreams, Reflections - Carl Jung My Life - Isadora Duncan Autobiography/Biography John Stuart Mill Andy Warhol Charles Darwin Da Vinci - Walter Isaacson Also read about Taoism and its way of life Self help Man’s Search for Meaning - Viktor Frankl The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck - Mark Manson How to Win Friends and Influence People - Dale Carnegie These are the books that left a deeper impact on me! I was simply following whatever seemed interesting. Please share book recommendations too if you've any! I'll love to know more about other books :)
@@vinazhou wow, thank you so much! I will look into them! The books which come to my mind having left the biggest impact on me are: -The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron (it's like a bible for every aspiring artist!) -The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle -Siddharta by Hermann Hesse - Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport (if you are critical about social media and smartphone usage and spend too much time on screen)
@@anamaria-db7pq thank you for this list 😊 I just bought The Artist's Way and I'm reading it! I already have Siddharta, but I haven't read the rest. I'm going to get them and read them too!
