Oh my word, I'm been having this exact pain in my body . I'm so glad I watch this video. I really didn't know what was happening to my legs & back. It is so crippling to me not to be able to move like I use too. I just turned 63 and feel so bad & in pain . Now I know what to call it rather than people thinking I'm faking it. Hello. I hope someone can help me here. Can central precocious puberty be caused by a pituitary lesion on the posterior lobe of the pituitary? I am asking because they found one on my daughter's MRI and I know this is an unusual location for a pituitary lesion. I cant help but think it could be causing this. I mean what are the odds that she has a rathke cyst and precocious puberty at the same time?
My dad was diagnosed when I was 3. He had a serious internal bleed; his doctors expected him to die. He didn’t. Unfortunately, due to negligence by his oncologist, his disease had the chance to progress to acute myeloid leukemia 3 years ago. Despite that, he’s still alive, active, and doing incredibly well! Jakafi has been a wonder drug for him. As a sidenote, his brother also was diagnosed with polycythemia vera a few months ago. Since the disease isn’t thought to be hereditary, his new oncologist went nuts when this happened. Turns out there might be a genetic mutation which IS hereditary that causes another genetic mutation which isn’t hereditary which is known to cause PV. My dad feels really proud knowing his condition might have made a serious contribution to the medical knowledge of PV. :)

@@harshshah2812 If you have a history of c diff, you should use any antibiotics as infrequently as possible to prevent a recurrence of c diff. Once you get it you are more susceptible in the future. No, I do not have it.
In India it's a different story. Doctors identified this very early. But I chose to ignore it long enough for it to break my spirit. Then finally now I'm in a better place with 6+ months of treatment.

I'm 21 and found out 2 days ago that my baby stopped growing at 6 weeks and has no heartbeat. Now I have to wait a week to see if i miscarry naturally or if they need to give me medication for it. There is the most miniscule chance that we miscalculated the due date and baby may grow (my prayer is that a miracle happens) though it is unlikely.
I was diagnosed 3-4 years ago with polycythemia, and at 3 months of blood draws the doctor said that I was finished. I went to the American Red Cross today for the first time in 13 years, and when I told them about having polycythemia a few years ago, they said that I'm not to donate ever again. This really upset me, because my doctor never told me about this.
I read somewhere that H-pylori is very common to get/have with pv. HP was caught three years ago when I ended up in the ER with horrible symptoms and was actually afraid to go to sleep because I felt I would die in my sleep. Another awful symptom I’ve had besides every one mentioned is chronic insomnia. My brother and mother also suffered from insomnia and all other symptoms. My mother and oldest brother both passed away in their sleep 😢. Now me and my only sibling have PV and he has a heart attack three years ago then kidney failure 😞 and on dialysis. I’ve read PV is not genetic but my mother, brother and I have it (mom passed away at 62 years old. My eldest brother that passed away at age 50 was never diagnosed but when I was diagnosed I realized he also had it. I think we got this because my parents lived on a military base that had horrible chemicals in the water they used for everything and our eldest sibling was conceived and born at this base and passed away at 3 months old, my eldest brother was conceived on base but born elsewhere, he had so many bad symptoms and sick most of his like and he is the one that passed away in his sleep at age 50. My father passed away at 53 also. Now our children are suffering also with bad symptoms and bad lab results as well. 😢

This isn’t a cure and since this there are risks. Common for the cement to cause other vertebrae to be squeezed and fractures adjacent. But for many it is a life saver.
My neighbor flew to little town of bogen Germany just over a year ago and had 3 vertebrae replacements. Yes in America we can do one and two soon. In Germany they can replace up to 3 maybe 4soon because they have the technology. He was in bed and pain most of the time and on pain killers and muscle relaxers. He is now on a trip in their sprinter custom camper van across the country from California to Nova Scotia and then down to Florida. Four months. He had a special custom seat and suspension put in. He wears his brace and can’t lift really heavy stuff but he’s mostly pain free and active again. He’s now 62.
Not just elderly I’m 40 I’ve had this since age 24. It’s crippling pain has stolen my quality of life and trapped me in my home. I just want this plain to stop. I want my life back
I have suffered with this for years. Because I could walk and work (single mother of three) and not screaming and crying, they thought I was exaggerating not I’m almost completely crippled and it took years to get disability. I pray they find something better to help with this. Especially for those of us that have other health problems in addition to spinal stenosis.
Im just going through this. I’m 62 and good health it Started with thick blood then now saying I have PV (making too much red blood cells) had ultra sound of organs now waiting to see specialist tomorrow, I’m glad to read several of these comments giving me some peace of mind but my peace of heart comes from God 🙌🏼❤️ Thank you other PV peeps hang in there you got this and Gods got you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
Ok. More exercise, more sleep are good suggestions. Diet? Diet can help with healing and mental illness. I don't believe drugs are the answer. I have been injured by drugs given me like klonopin, xanax and most recently quentapine. Thankfully I am now off of all of them except for lexapro. I hope to wean off of that within the next year. I feel betrayed by the GPs, psychiatrists, neurologists who prescribed these RX. The TD symptoms are not severe as the man in the video but they are uncomfortable and at times painful. My feet, toes gripping, flinching. My tongues involuntary movements making my tongue and gums sore, involuntary jerks and sounds... it's troubling. I think the effects of RX are not worth it and that diet and alternative medicine should be more thoroughly explored. Quite frankly I am disillusioned, skeptical and reluctant to trust doctors as I once did. I am a 61 year old woman. Please consider what I share here.

Im a male 63 I was talked into 2 fusions, surgeon said that was my only option, But I believe after doing lots of new research thats coming out that there were other options Now my disc above my back fusion and my neck fusion have collapsed and herniated into my spinal canal . and my faucet joints are now inflamed and arthritic because of the extra stress My pain management doctor is a 60 miles round trip, i live in Arkansas i couldn't make the random drug test trip last week so they cut off my pain medication 🥵 Good time fore sure
