Where do you get the hose adapters and the hose from the pump to the filter? There is NO information in this video or on your website. This has been over all the worst experience
The video does show that the ground wire is simply capped (the yellow object). I did not see that any other wire is connected to the ground wire. My old system had the green screw for grounding. I plan to call the manufacturer and ask if I don't see any response here.
I’ve lost my drain cap and I cannot find the size anywhere! I’m so frustrated with this brand. It’s impossible to get any help on the phone. And the website doesn’t give any help as far as finding a replacement either! I will never buy anything from this company again. It should not be this hard.
This thing is horrible its Junk it's a metal box that doesn't work I did everything perfect it turns on just like they say both the fan and the compressor then they shut off and reads P4 and does nothing else I call them they don't pick up they tell you to email them then they don't return your emails shame on amazon for selling such a crappy product made in China I should have known better
@@jsparky87 yes I did no thanks to the company First I had to make sure there was enough power or that I had enough water pressure so make sure you have a good seal and that there are no obvious leaks from the pump or connections, then I put it on its own outlet with a good extension cord and the distance must not be to far apart then I put all settings that you are able to change to low then give it at least 15 minutes and it should kick in and work be patient and good luck.
Why does your pictures show the outlet from the filter to the inlet of the heat pump, and then it shows the outlet from the pool pump to the heat pump inlet?
On the filter barrel, there are two waistlines. we recommend filling the sand up to the top waistline, and for this model, it will take around 30 lbs of sand.
The installation manual that came in the box of my pool filter, model 75202 425 sq ft filters is incorrect. On page 3, #6 the manual states: Connect the pump discharge (pump outlet) to the top port of the filter (filter inlet). According to this video and my the labels on my filter, the top port is the filter outlet so disregard the installation manual that comes in the box and wing it! Use the force.
What about the waste setting? I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but when I backwash the water looks clean and not dirty…? Maybe the cotton balls need to be replaced with the sand is my guess…
Hello, It might not time to backwash yet, if the water still clean. You should backwash a sand filter when the pressure gauge on the filter reads 8-10 pounds per square inch (PSI) higher than its starting pressure. You can also backwash when the needle on the pressure gauge is close to or within the red zone.
Which is better sand or cotton balls? I have the cotton balls in and my backwash isn’t dirty looking and I’m not sure if it’s because of the cotton balls
Since it cannot control its movements it will follow the same track around the pool repeatedly and not clean the whole pool. if you have stairs it will get stuck and no amount of adjusting will fix that problem. The cleaner is cheap but you get what you pay for.
Duh. I replaced 7 year old unit with new one and new one needs to be kick started often. Rubs on the to plate. Looks like quality control went to hell.
