My name is Jelle and i live in the South East of the Netherlands in Europe. We have a small fruit growing farm and that's where i make my videos about. Besides all the fruit videos i also encounter and do alot of fixing and restoration work on machines because that's just required as a farmer. I love to just do stuff myself, that way i learn how the things work, and it will help me next time i need to build or fix something.
Link of a new set is in my favlrites. But no worry, i weld it properly with a new pen/bushing. I just didn't film the lathe work as i was quite annoyed cause i had a tight planning already that day... i don't do bad fixed, but a track can only be welded when it broke otherwise it costs me 2 hours to cut 1 link open with the plasma cutter🤕
Ja, die werkt weer goed zo. Boom is 80cm diameter, 10 jaar geleden afgedaan.
Oh yes it works well here. These trees have pears this year already. Next year will be good as they had maximum rootcutting for the replant, that always boosts trees in our experience!
Hardest thing driving this is that it's light on the front. When overloaded, backing up is the only way to drive and steer😅. I havent modified the spreader this season, the toplink is original like it is, but it just lifts that 1500kg without issues😁.
Everything is neat and beautiful. Excellent young trees. Beautiful garden. It is clear that the owner knows what to do. Interestingly, if trees are pruned at soil level in autumn and the sections are treated with glyphosate at a dose of 500 g / l, the roots rot in one season and are easily removed by a cultivator. In addition, the earth can be given a rest. at least one season. My respects!
I am sorry but the question is unclear to me. please ask it in english. I haven't solved this issue yet, took the whole pump apart, but haven't found a single fault yet, still the problem remains.
I dont use gps steering here, just machine control. I have a emlid globe on the roof for that which i also use for handheld measurements. Its not ideal, but works for me.
The cab is only 150kg+/-. But if you mean the steel tracks, that can always be done, however where i use the machine the steel tracks have their benefits.
The powerdraw of the new lights is actually the same as the old lights. Just 5x more light. Thebroof has a completely seperate wiring already to supply that and the radio.
Naan sprinklers. But if you want to sprinkle for frost be sure to ask a local advisor as there is alot more involved then just install sprinklers and run them. Everything has to be perfect to be succesful.
@ThePietWest eigenlijk boren we alleen t gat.
Well im an mechatronics ingenior from study. This isn't learnt in school, it's common physics applied on electronic sensors. This just shows the capabilities of a oscilloscope when used the right way 😃.
Took me alot of work which the video doesn't show all. There was a learning curve in here for me aswell, but im really happy i figured it out myself 😁. Unfortunaly these old bits wont come off and i have to leave em in there like that.
What a great way to troubleshoot imbalances! Sweet way to visualise and a great demonstration of how a scope can be used in the field. Thanks for putting this video out :)
Yes this worked surprisingly well. It was quite the road to do this, but the endresult is worth it. A very good learning experience in this project 😁. Im very proud of having this figured out and getting such a machine balanced😅.
