Hey! You should be able to build a Shopify store on your phone, it would just take a lot longer to click around, and the layout will clearly be different. I definitely recommend going on a computer if you can!

Hey there! Yes, you’re right! The link to your Shopify store is the one found in Settings > Domains. You can use that link to post on social media or share anywhere online.

I understand, that can be a bit tricky. Shopify does require a monthly payment, but they do offer a free trial to help you get started. If you don't have a bank account, you might want to explore other payment methods like PayPal or prepaid cards, which could work as alternatives.
Hello ! I'm so glad that i found your video, i'm about to start shopify but i'm little bit scared of the cost , i don't know how much money i need to start . I still have a question what about Shopify is it going to take z percentage whenever an order is fullfilled ? Thanks a lot
Hey, you're welcome! Technically just $1, you can get Shopify for $1 for the first month. After that, the subscription will depend on the plan you choose, averaging from $5 to $25. As you're going to be dropshipping, you also won't need to invest any money in inventory, so you would only need a small amount of money in your bank account, like for example, $30 to pay for the supply of the product when an order comes in. Regarding fees, Shopify does take a small percentage of each sale if you use a third-party payment gateway (like PayPal). If you use Shopify Payments (Shopify's own payment gateway), you can avoid additional transaction fees, but there will still be credit card processing fees (around 2% for the Basic plan). I hope this clarifies things! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to me :)

Hey there, no worries! If it's for specific customers who have already signed in or shopped in your store, go to 'Discounts' > 'Create a Discount' > 'Customer Eligibility.' There, you can search for specific customers. If it's specific for referral marketing, I'd use a referral marketing app from the Shopify App Store. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to me :)

Hey there! When doing SEO, you need to research for keywords that are relevant to your products and have high search volume but not that much competition. With this approach it's easier for you to rank higher and appear at the top of search engines like Google. So you create a list of keywords and apply these keywords smoothly across your website titles, descriptions, meta descriptions, images titles, search engine listing, etc.. I actually have an SEO course in the making, that goes deeper into all of this, you can notified when it's out here: www.digitalsuccessjourney.com/signup

Hey there! Hey there! There are 2 ways to sell on Shopify: 1. Self-fulfillment, so you have your own products in stock to ship, or 2. Dropshipping, in which you don’t need to have the products with you, and someone else ships them for you. Here's a step-by-step tutorial for beginners on creating a fully functional dropshipping store: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UCDPhUSmtVY.html If you want to do self-fulfillment you can simply add the products you want to sell to your Shopify store and follow the steps on the video. But you will need to buy your own inventory and manage shipping by yourself. Once you make a sale, you'll be responsible for everything from packing the order to shipping the product to your customer. This includes managing your inventory, ensuring timely delivery, and handling any customer service inquiries related to shipping. Self-fulfillment gives you complete control over the process, but it also requires more investment, time and effort to manage all aspects of the fulfillment process. You can also opt for print on demand! It's my personal favorite. Here's a tutorial on that: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bGqJbftvk7k.html
Hey there! At 02:19 in this video, I discuss what to consider when setting up prices for your products: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3_p_Ux-5coQ.html If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know :)
Hey there! If you have your own products to sell you have to handle self-fulfillment. To do this, simply add the products to your Shopify store as demonstrated in the video. Once you get a sale, you'll be responsible for everything from packaging the order to shipping the product to your customer. This includes managing your inventory, ensuring timely delivery, and handling any customer service inquiries related to shipping. Self-fulfillment gives you complete control over the process, but it also requires more time and effort to manage all aspects of the fulfillment process. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to me :)
Hey there! Are you looking to create videos to advertise your products? I recommend checking out this video where I discuss different strategies for attracting customers, though all are paid options: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UCDPhUSmtVY.html The most cost-effective approach would be to order product samples yourself and shoot your own videos. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out :)
Hey, congratulations on getting started! I'm glad to hear that the video is being helpful for you! If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask :)
Hi, I really enjoyed this video. I created my products on Printify and published them on my Shopify store. I then tried to connect my shopify store to Facebook and instagram but I am having issues. I am getting this error: "Your Shopify store already has a catalog connected to it. Since this asset is linked to a different catalog, you’ll need to disconnect your existing catalog to continue." Can you help me. I also tried Shopify support but I am not finding catalog under products to disconnect. Thank you!
Hey! Have you already installed the "Facebook & Instagram" app into Shopify? You need to install the app and follow the steps to synchronize your store with FB and IG Shop. You can then manage the catalog in the Facebook Commerce Manager. You can also reach out to the Facebook support live chat, they are very responsive and can guide you through the process of managing your catalogue. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know :) You're welcome and thanks for watching!
43:56 The part where you tested if the product are purchaseable or not by first adding the product to cart and then going for checkout There an interface came in thre video where the customer will have to put their details but when I tried that interface didn't appear What can I do ,please if you can tell me and I currently am on a free plan So for my Store to function properly I have to buy a plan??
Hey there! Have you signed up for the Basic Plan yet? You can test by doing a free trial and then add a product and go to checkout to see if it's working.
Hey there, definitely! There are Shopify apps that allow you to add reviews to create trust with your customers. If you are dropshipping, you could import reviews from your supplier using this Shopify app: apps.shopify.com/ali-reviews And if you are not dropshipping, you can search for 'Reviews' in the Shopify App Store and see which app you like best! Many of them offer free plans. I can recommend Loox and Judge.me Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out :)
Hey there! When dropshipping you’ll need to handle the customer service. Here are a few tips for this: 1. Have clear communication channels. Make sure your customers can reach you easily by having a dedicated email address and a contact form on your website. You should aim to respond promptly to customers inquiries, ideally within 24hrs. 2. Create an FAQ section on your website that can help address common questions regarding shipping times, returns, refunds, etc.. This can reduce the number of direct inquiries you receive and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Clearly outline your return and refund policy in your website. If a customer request a return or refund, communicate the process clearly and quickly. Partner with suppliers who have fair return, refund policies to avoid complications. This is why I recommend Zendrop as a dropshipping supplier. They have no questions asked return and refund policies within 30 days. 4. As your business grows and you scale, it’s a good idea to consider outsourcing customer service to a customer service agency. This allows you to have a high level of service without handling every inquiry yourself. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know :)
Hey there! When you’re getting a good number of sales, to effectively scale your business, start by focusing on increasing traffic to your store and duplicating the strategies that are already delivering results. If you’re running ads, I recommend watching this video where I discuss strategies for scaling your ad campaigns: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MIq_WYr7zxk.html&pp=ygUVSG93IHRvIHJ1biB0aWt0b2sgYWRk Additionally, explore referral marketing and use email marketing to nurture your returning customer base and drive further growth. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions feel free to reach out to me :) All the best!

Hey there! For someone just starting, I’d recommend to choose products with consistent demand and reliable suppliers. I recommend Zendrop as the supplier, they’re great. Here’s a link to Zendrop: zendrop.sjv.io/shopify-success I would recommend to avoid skipping market research to understand your target audience and competitors. Prioritize excellent customer service to build trust and encourage repeat business, and invest in effective marketing strategies from the beginning to drive traffic and sales. Hope this helps! These steps will help set a strong foundation for success! If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to let me know :)
i've seen this word on my timeline SO much and now i FINALLY get what it means. Interesting. I think i will be looking into dropshipping more. thanks for the super easy explanation btw lol
Hey there, you’re welcome! I’m glad that the video helped clarify things for you! It’s a great business model for selling online, especially for those who want to start a business without holding inventory or managing shipping logistics! If you have any questions at all, feel free to let me know :) Thanks for watching!
Hey there, sure! For building brand identity, start by defining your brand’s mission, values, and unique selling points. Develop a consistent visual style, including a logo, color scheme, and typhography that reflects your brand’s personality. I have a free branding guide that goes deeper over this and has some great store examples, you can get it here: digitalsuccessjourney.com/opt-in Using influencers can be a powerful marketing tool, as they can help you reach a larger, targeted audience and build credibility. Choose influencers whose followers align with your target market and who genuinely engage with your product. This can lead to more authentic promotions and potentially higher conversion rates. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know :) Much love!
ok i think i'll end up going for that 1$ for the first month to check everything out before i go on for the yearly one. ThankGod i saw this before i made the purchhse. Thanks Julia!!
Hey, you’re welcome! Yes, that’s a great way to set up everything in your store and start testing before commiting to the yearly one. Keep in mind that you can also pay the subscription monthly; it will just cost a little bit more than paying it yearly.
hey Julia! i plan on using social media to market my products but idk which ones to go for first. Do u have any recomm for which platforms can have the best results fast and why?
Hey there! I recommend TikTok, as ads can have a significant impact due to the platform's large and engaged user base, especially among younger demographics. Additionally, TikTok's ad platform offers various targeting options and ad formats, allowing for creative and engaging campaigns. While ease of setup is a factor, the primary reason is the potential for high impact and reach on the platform. TikTok also has lower cost-per-click compared to Instagram, so it's a bit more budget friendly. If you're interested, I have a beginners tutorial on how to run TikTok ads on the channel: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MIq_WYr7zxk.html&pp=ygUVSG93IHRvIHJ1biB0aWt0b2sgYWRz
Hey there! I’m so glad to hear that the video was helpful for you! There’s no need to feel embarrased about asking questions-everyone starts somewhere, and learning is part of the journey.
