We are a third year high school team from Garland, Utah. The formula in our name is the formula for kinetic energy. We have won division champions in the engineering division at middle school worlds and made it to the dome.
@@cody8743 friction is the means of applying pushing force. it is affected proportionally by the normal force to a surface, in this case the ground. by increasing the weight, you increase the maximum static frictional forces and therefore allow for full utilisation of the force output of the drive motors
