Dear Marilou, My name is Daniel, a graduate of Physics from Nigeria. I stumbled upon one of your videos on J1 and B-1B Visa and felt to reach out to you. I applied to one of the secondary schools in the USA- Pinole Valley High School for the position of Physics teacher two months ago. A Series of interviews were conducted online and I excelled. The Principal of the school said they would tell the human resource department to offer me the position but I should apply formally for the job on Edjoin which I did. Weeks later, he said that the district would not give me a Visa but would create a job offer for me. In my response, I told them to at least create the offer and an official written contract to back it up while I find a way of getting an H-1b Visa. Could you please advise me on what to do while I await the offer letter? I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.
