Hi my friends daughter is having symptoms of sore breasts and like feeling sick and a bit of heat pain and breathlessness but has done tests but shows negative all the time she said she has done tests like six days before period but wondered what you think on this xx
Could be that it's too early to test or PMS instead? Or something else entirely! Always worth seeing a doctor if the symptoms aren't going away and she's unsure!x

I can tell that your progress has been successful as well Beth. And glad you and Kaia are enjoying the camera life. 😎 But yeah definitely more leanness in your upper body and of course lower body especially for women always comes along a little slower , but nice improvements there too , and seems like you will be able maintain and progress even more going forward.
Absolutely enjoyed it , and was certainly one of the most informative series even done as well. So much knowledge was shared about various dieting tips / strategies and tracking macros , and how it complements the methods of training and resting , and of course the statistics of the weight loss. So yeah , definitely a lot of material that new moms out there can benefit from as they rebound from child delivery. And I hope whatever that next phase will be for you , will be equally as smooth and successful for as long as necessary. 🙏 😊

Ah , just mostly training to maintain where I am overall , I'm basically an average build guy at 5'8" 175 ... so not too much to change , but constantly trying to improve overall endurance and strength , especially when I am doing shoulder workouts. And I always switch up my overall training on a bi-weekly basis. But typically do two lower body and two upper body days. Weekend is for cardio and playing recreational sports.

So I'm not sure if this inquiry might be too early , but I did wonder , after you reach the finish line for this series ... will your next goal be about maintaining or going into a totally new phase of some kind ?? Thank you! I'm very happy with the progress being made so far and I'm glad you are enjoying watching the process! What are your fitness goals? Once I have finished this series I'll go back to maintenance level to boost my metabolism back up after being in a deficit and then if I'm happy I'll stay at maintenance or if I still want to drop some more body fat I'll go back into a deficit but only after being at maintenance level for a few weeks first!
Ah okay , thanks for the insight ... and for the most part overall , I am in maintenance mode as well. I'm basically in between being skinny fat and athletic , so not trying to loose or gain very much , just hold strong where I'm at , keep improving endurance , though I do want to gain more shoulder strength. But I play a sport of some kind every weekend , so that always keeps me in fairly good shape and metabolism at a decent level. 😊

So I want to throw out 2 sort of request (just for fun) and whatever you decide (yay or nay) is cool with me. 😊 ... But would you ever try doing a plate or plates only workout , for upper body next time ?? ... And also during a future shoulder workout , try doing the crucifix hold with dumbbells , and see how long you could maintain it ?? Its what Kelly Yager did to finish her workout at the end of her latest Arnold Expo and workout video.

Cool , I often use peppers as seasoning and have carrots maybe every 3 weeks or so , but potatoes is definitely the constant for me , which I think its a boring answer to most. 😃 ... Hmm, only request other than to keep being you doing what you love 😊 ... I would say is to showcase some more of your workouts if you can ... and featured whatever is your favorite , healthy dessert. 😎
