I had only enough battery to text myself the model of the vehicles as I'd never seen anything like them in my life. Really crazy that I came across this. My dad drove for mercury tours for probably 15+ years. Pretty sure he was there from the beginning. I can’t remember his last name, but George was his first name and he and my father drove together for company called Falcon. George started Mercury and my dad followed. It’s a shame they closed up, but a lot of my childhood memories were at that yard on linden ave. They always did take really good care of their equipment. Is this coach still for sale?
This coach is still available. Yes - Mercury was a great company. I didn’t grow up on that bus yard off Linden but I’ve been there many times over a stretch from 2001 / 2002. This coach was SOLD by the bank and delivered in August 2019. The bank has two additional similar units. One coach is being painted as of mid August 2019.
