Seriously the blue goop build was the best content creator content on the internet. It was like, "What else is she going to stuff in that awesome blue goo of awesomeness". PR was legit fire this year and your conducting was full of emotion and passion. I've conducted choirs and orchestras and I have little patience with conductors who are basically a metronome, just throwing around a beat count when you can actually mold a sound with an expression, infuse energy with your body movements and connect with your musicians in a way that is almost organic. Well done.
On the 1st Day of the Super Full Moon in August 19th 2024 Monday, I found myself watching Final Championship Saturday , Top 12, (not knowing Which Band won), I get to The Phantom Regime..and can not stop watching it. What a crowd pleaser. (I played the trumpet via H.S into College), loving Band camp. As a Marine and traditionally having a "Stone" serious look on our face ....when I saw Keri McCourt facial expression at the start....I said to myself.."oh my gosh..this is going to be a show" . On behalf of my beloved it U.S. Marines President 's Own/Drum Corp Band...I can say.. "you go Keri"
Sorry for the second comment but she will be missed and so will Ben stone when he ages out (idk how old he is) both of them are what got me into wanting to do dci last year and are the reason I’m auditioning this year for cascades n possibly a virtual for phantom and bd aswell Ben himself got me into trombone and Keri got me into wanting to be a drum major so thank you to the both of them I wish Keri well with her teaching
I think that it says a lot about Keri that through physical discomfort, eye strain, and generalized stress syndromes that her dominant trait is “chill”. Future corps leaders/members, take note…

Im currently in my sophomore year of highschool and am being taught by a formal troopers vis tech casino/Matt Rivera. How do you think ill do?
