i wanted to try super resolution because the first version was a bit ''beta'' i installed a new version , super resolution gone , now i install the latest version , still no super resolution
Man, I had a major issue with my audio drivers. no matter what I tried my PC kept telling me "Device not plugged in" on any of the output ports. I was almost ready to do a system restore when I stumbled upon this. not only did it fix my issue, but my PC is running a lot smoother, and the display is as sharp as it's ever been. I don't know what Windows 11 (repair version) is, but it sure worked for me....
@@MID-m4f The combo mic/headphone jack actually worked fine. I had a major issue with all 3 of the output ports, it did not matter if it was the display port or the HDMI or USB C (4), I got the same message until I ran the repair update.
It doesn't really matter how you install the update to Windows 11 Version 24H2, you probably run a "Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.226##.####]" right now and it has a different kernel than a "Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26###.####]" (23H2-nickel, 24H2-germanium), so it needs a full update anyway. Normally ppl get it probably in about 3 weeks or so (somewhere in October, probably), if you want it now, you should be an insider.
@@Perozderic sure, after all you might already get it if you buy a new PC right now with Windows 11 and we all get our updates every month anyway. BTW I think you might be able to get it as RP already.

Just a heads up for those that may be interested, I did this 22h2 version of this patch manually on a 22H2 build from the Catalogue, it sucks a lot more memory on my system, even though the system is debloated properly removing only stuff I will never use keeping the essentials in place, so something has changed in this update, so watch out for high memory consumption, on my brand new laptop (Ryzen9 7945HX) after this patch it sucks 6.2 GB just booting to the desktop with no fast start enabled to mangle the LKG and the start-up apps are disabled in the task manager, its using 7.3GB right now just running chrome with 1 tab - looks like I got a lot of trimming down to do - the good news is those that have been plagued with Nahmic crashing often - that seems to have been fixed in this build
March 2024 Patch Tuesday advances Windows 11 version 23H2 to Build 22621.3296. If you’re on version 22H2, which is losing some support in some months, you’ll get Build 22631.3296.
