If you want to grow your business through RU-vid. You need some steps for your videos views. Because your video views are very low. If you grow your business you must need Optimiza videos. You have many subscribers but nobody watches your videos that's why your views are low.
hey guys, i'm interested in doing this for my house. However i would like to add just a couple fish - I'm in the north east and told in order for the fish to survive winter i need to be 3 feet under the ground to avoid freezing water - Is it possible to order a separate liner to accommodate that? has anyone tried this with this feature with you guys yet ?
Hi Isaiah! No one has tried it yet (to our knowledge) but that just makes you a pioneer! Yes, you can order custom sized liners. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. As a Northeasterner myself, I'd excavate two feet below grade and set three courses of mortared 8x8x16 cinder block as a base. You would then order a custom flexible liner that's the same length and width, 2' x 4', but 16" + 24" = 40" deep, with the opening for the bulkhead fitting in the same place relative to the top. I'd strongly recommend selecting a black liner, only the fish will show. Everything else would follow the steps in the video. Install the bulkhead fitting first, and make sure it's well-sealed before setting the liner in place. Add 24" of pipe to the downward elbow to create a long-necked handle off the union. Paint the pipe black to disappear it. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call! Should work pretty well - please send us pics! Good Luck!
@@AtlanticOase Thank you so much for the quick response. I was thinking something similar with the buried cinderblocks. My biggest concern was the liner so thank you for leaving that info above. I've already got the block, going to be capping the wall with limestone coping so it'll be a little bit different but along the same premise size wise and shape to what you did here. Will contact you guys for any further questions and if all goes well, I will get some photos over to you!
@@AtlanticOaseHey guys just wanted to reach out - Where abouts can i find the 1.5 Tee you use here in the video? I checked your website and didn't see anything. I'm piecing the plumbing together as i had a pump and liner already but using your video to order the rest of the needed plumbing that seems to be all i'm missing! Thank you.
@@isaiahbascombe827 You can find 1.5" Sch40 PVC Tee's at your local hardware store or specialty plumbing store. Lowes and Home Depot should definitely have it!
Do you have any plans to grow your RU-vid channel and video views for your business? As a subscriber, I have a suggestion for you about your video views and channel subscribers.
I feel like I could actually do this!!! With no previous experience though, when do you set with glue? If you need to double check that things are level and plumb, do you have enough time to make those adjustments while the glue is drying or do you have to work suuuper quick? 😅
@kasparrott, Thank you for you question! You only need to level your first course of block, once that is level all subsequent courses of block will automatically be level. You will have a little bit of time for the glue to dry as well, it does not dry immediately. Feel free to give us a call if you have any additional questions as well! 330.274.8317 x2
"Wow, this kit seems like a game-changer for fountain installations! Can't wait to see all the components unveiled and learn how it simplifies the process. Thanks for sharing!"
We apologize, the install video has not been released yet! We have the instruction manual available on our website under each individual product and in the meantime. Please feel free to contact us with any and all questions you may have about installing a FilterFalls! 330-274-8317 extension 2 or customerservice@atlantic-oase.com
Purchased this and the cleaning handle detaches from the metal rod making it useless, literally straight out the box brand new, isnt this quality checked? Very disapointed oase
Hello @gmafh1315, We are very sorry to hear about your issue. Please give us a call at 330-274-8317 x2 or email us at customerservice@atlantic-oase.com so we can help you get your BioPress up and running. We look forward to hearing from you.
For the wall block we used Techniseal Structure Bond Construction Adhesive and for all glued plumbing connections our kits come with Christy's Red Hot Blue Glue.
Hi, how does the water get filtered through the coarse, medium and fine foams in that order? Surely the coarse foam allows less filtered water to reach to the top of the unit to fall back into the pond? Thankyou, just wondering about this.
Hi @positiveenergypodcast, In a multiple pass system, where all the water in the pond eventually goes through the filter many times a day, whatever very fine debris may get through the coarser filter once or twice will be picked up by the finer foams on subsequent passes. The precise position of different density filter foams in a flow through type filter box is not crucial to the function, as the water will deposit the debris in the denser foams at some point as it moves through the box. The less-dense foams are there simply to trap larger debris and to help alleviate (or lessen) the amount work the denser foams will ultimately have to do. The density of the foams isn't all about debris removal. The high flow of oxygenated water through the coarser foams is designed to encourage the growth of two groups of aerobic nitrifying bacteria, one that converts ammonia to nitrite, and the other nitrite to nitrate. The slower flow rates of the densest foam will encourage the growth of different species, anaerobic bacteria that remove nitrates from the pond. If you have additional questions about this topic please feel free to call our Customer Support team at 330-274-8317 x2. Thank you!
Hi, thank you so much for this detailed explanation of the design! I am a material and welding engineer myself but admit this is not my area of expertise. I understood that water would always take the path of least resistance. If this is true, why would the water ever go through the fine foam block? I thought it was always choose the coarse one. (Unless the fine foam IS the path of least resistance to the water close to it) Thank you for the discussion :)
@klemlogistics - You will want to consult the included manual for the Color Changing Colorfalls for light connections and the included basin kit manual for pump connections. If you have any additional questions please call our customer service department 330-274-8317 x2. Thank you!
The previous generation of Eco Premium pumps are very good, but these new Pulse 6 pumps are even better and will last a very long time. I have 2 of them ordered and am looking forward to installing them in a new koi pond being built this Spring.
Awesome product video of these New Vase kits! Looking forward to use these on future projects! Demi does great videos!! Looking forward to the next installment video!
Can you give us a sense of how loud it is? We have a relatively small backyard in a suburb and would like a little bit of noise but not so much that it bothers the neighbors or stops us from being able to have a phone call or whatever.
It's not too loud but provides a sort of ambient white noise. It shouldn't bother neighbors and you should definitely still be able to have phone calls or conversations near it. If you have any additional questions please reach out to our customer service department - customerservice@atlantic-oase.com or 330-274-8317 x2
The built in venturi inlet is a fantastic design . It really injects a lot of oxygen into the water ahead of the filter foam blocks to support the beneficial bacteria contained within them.
Hello! This project was built onto a pre-existing stone wall but, our estimated number of blocks used is approximately 123 blocks in both columns and the back section and about 30 curved blocks! Hope this helps!
