We just tried to explain to him what was happening, that his room was being renovated and let him be part of the “move” by helping carry stuff over…. Worked great, when he gets back to his room he will have a big boy bed 😊
Was already planning on that, I just have sooo much ash that I can’t dump it all into the veggie garden, because it would raise the pH way too much….I figured the future orchard is a good place for it as my soils are pretty acidic to begin with.
do yourself a favor, get angle iron or slotted pipe to put over cylinder so loader is on it. ajso there is a lockout for same purpose but not as positive saftey feature.
Thank you for the hint! That is exactly the kind of thing that would have been perfect but I didn’t have anything handy that was metal and somehow didn’t trust to make something out of wood….
It’s almost at the back of the garden. There is a big pine stump there that I will somehow integrate into the design and then fill the remaining space with smaller beds
It's a mix of lack of operator skills :) and what you said. As you are cutting into the tree from the top, the weight of it makes the trunk want to sag down, which closes up the notch you just cut and binds up the bar. Hopefully that makes sense, surprisingly difficult to explain with just words....
