It was nice to see some new foods But 99% of it I would Not eat. But there Bread. Tea bags Birthday Cakes and cakes are Great also things like washing up liquid cat food are great and None of it goes to waste not like some food that you may buy in another supermarket
@@Rebecca.Louise but my issue is even if that is the case, nobody knows exactly how beneficial it is long term when we consider the cost. This is a relatively new thing and we don’t know if our tolerances to certain foods change over time say decades later even following the Zoe programme and a healthy diet. If that’s the case then that’s say 10 years or more of subscription which is a lot of money to find out. They need to make it cheaper and more accessible and it’s a win win for them because it means more participants in their research studies and better outcomes for health of a nation which means less money spent on obesity/health related problems with diet.
I just want to say that your content is really good and very interesting as I haven't been to M&S in ages but I do suggest you try their blonde chocolate and wafer pieces spread as it's just way too tasty on toast Lovely 🥰 and I'd like to follow you on insta if you are on that platform Xxx
Oh no ! Don’t worry, this should be an easy fix💕Did you score the base enough and really take time to crimp and seal the inner and outer seals? And did you let it set for long enough before lifting? I’d always try and lift with the base rather then the sides until properly set☺️ hopefully these tips help xx
i'm pretty sure you were supposed to put the design part against the candle and then peel away the remaining napkin at the end. Because now when you light the candle the napkin thats still on the candle will burn away all your hard work i'm afraid. But it does look very nice indeed, so still well done!
hey :) Just discovered your channel, just subbed. I love your vibe! I'm a small channel too so totally appreciate the hard work you put into editing and filming your videos. Sending lots of love xx
Good tip with the olive oil and powder for labels. one for you is to spray the multi surface cleaners on like Mr Sheen/supermarket own version. Leave and all labels come off really well.
