When I first got them i rarely used them the 1st few months. Would always have anxiety thinking people would give me weird looks especially within my generation (gen z) since we made a big deal about shoes back when we were in school. 8 months later and they're my main shoes besides my work boots and sneakers for shopping. They're great for flexibility, security, and I love doing exercise and hikes with them. I still have a bit of anxiety but who cares if im a dude with strappy sandals, our ancestors and the romans being a big example, had women and even men wearing strappy sandals. Next goal, marathons and shopping with em lmao

What makes you say it’s misinformation? It’s indeed true that the earth’s natural electrical charge affects and balances the electrical charge of our own bodies, through direct contact with the electrons of earth’s surface. I, too, was losing hope. After 40+ cycles of doing this, nothing. "Maybe I have the one machine that this won't work for" I thought. But then, just as I was about to throw in the towel, I heard a faint bubbling sound, and after about the 45th attempt, I finally got water out. My machine is now working perfectly! Thank you so much for this video!! This WILL work, keep going!

@@Titankennelclub I have a Gut Health Guide on my site that gives ideas. There’s still quite a bit to eat. Like gluten free bread, some vegetables, meat/fish, most fruits, potatoes, etc. and this is only short term!

@@RenewalFitCoach I have bad gerd I been fighting since my teen age and im 37 now and recently my bullirunin in my liver is been high and the bloating and the stomach issues have worsen I really need to change my diet but every doctor or video or articles say different things it's so frustrating I'm sorry for the outbursts

I never comment on videos but recently got a free original Nespresso that hadn't been used for a year or more. Tried using it but no coffee came out. Used boiling water in the water canister and after maybe 5 times water started coming out. It runs perfectly now thank you!! :))

Orgain is not healthy.....It has Erythitol which is a corn sugar for a sugar additive. they say no sugar but not true. and if Im on a low carb diet, then I shake is all I could drink all day long for food. very poor product

Hi Holly! I am a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant in Alberta, Canada. 🇨🇦 ✝️ 😃 I appreciate how you’ve explained the differences here. I think “nutritionists” can get a bad rap sometimes, simply because people don’t understand the differences in modalities. There are also so many names and titles, it can be confusing. With my certification, we are self-regulated and follow a very specific Scope of Practice that we must adhere to. I try to be very up front with what someone can and cannot expect when working with me. Something that wasn’t mentioned in your video is that “generally healthy” people who struggle with uncomfortable symptoms, but have no medical diagnosis, are not on any medications, and who don’t want to be on medications, can experience excellent results with a holistic nutrition professional. I have also had great success working with clients who are on meds, working in conjunction with their MD or ND. May the Lord bless you in your practice. 💞

@@user-nl8lg6jl8u Thanks for the response. I also worked with clients on meds as a nutritionist prior to becoming a RD. Nutritionists just have to be careful because we/they are not licensed for medical nutrition therapy. I think with most nutritionists it comes down to their education and study. Some know very little while others know an insane amount and have worked with a lot of health professionals. It’s great that you are upfront with people about what you can and can’t do - I think that’s the most important is setting expectations. humbly think I did a great job as a nutritionist…but I’m MUCH better after a degree and a MS in nutrition. But I think my holistic nutrition certification gave me a lob that school did not. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Your microbiome will change when you change your diet. On a carnivore diet you will have a healthy microbiome for your diet. How do you define a good microbiome? Who knows what is good? If you are healthy then your microbiome must be healthy. No fiber required.

@RenewalFitCoach It would be adapted by whatever you eat. Good question. Would one be healthy eating junk food? Maybe an “appropriate” microbiome would be a better description. It's not a necessity everyday, but if you think about the foods that you would eat throughout the year in a world where foods not available all the time, it would be in the fall and the end of summer, that you would typically have a lot of fiber.

Fiber isn't essential, but I believe it is beneficial. I think meat has more bioavailable nutrients, but lacks certain phytonutrients that vegetables have. Ultimately; meat is the star of the show, while fruits/vegetables are the supporting cast.

@@jasonhood9753 I appreciate your balanced response. I don’t agree that meat is the start of the show, but I agree that some nutrients are more bioavailable. And technically, yes, you bc an live without fiber, but I would never recommend it due to all of the added phytochemicals, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals

Hi Coach Holly ma'am! Is this also for men? I am a man and tried this because my mother-in-law does this regularly! But it is very brutal, I could not even lift my MIL's slam ball, so I could not even start the lesson :( However, my MIL does the full lesson with the slam ball powerfully like you! Her entire body is thick solid muscle and she have endless strength and stamina! I feel very low and totally defeated :(

@@rupinjeremiah9589 that’s amazing of her! Yes, men can use this, too. But the all may be too heavy to start with. They come in many weights. Just try a lighter version first and work your way up to her medicine ball as you get stronger. You got this! 🙌🏻

@@RenewalFitCoach Thank you for your encouragement Coach Holly ma'am! I really struggled with this a lot. My MIL told me to just try without any weight at all and it was still impossible for me after a point :( I really felt completely defeated when my MIL was doing the entire session with her medicine ball! Her thick bulging biceps are so supreme! As a man, I want to be strong and confident in front of her and have some self-worth and good body image! I can't even move her medicine ball from the ground :( May I ask, are your lessons too strong for men?

@@rupinjeremiah9589 Anyone I coach I adapt the training for their need. Most people I start with bodyweight anyway because you can learn proper form and do things safely and get movements down before moving to weights, which can cause injury if you’re not doing moves correctly

@@schpengler for endurance runs, carbs ARE required if you want to run faster, not bonk and want to recover well. Keeping some food in the stomach helps to maintain blood flow which allows for better digestion and absorption, reducing stomach upset. For short runs, this isn’t usually a problem. Also depends on the types of carbs, and some are more irritating to the digestive tract during running

Great recipe! I’m looking forward to making it, as it’s expensive when bought as a whole product. In reading the reviews for Anthony’s Ceylon Cinnamon….BUYER BEWARE it is being touted as false advertising….“not ceylon but cassia.” In my experience Frontier sells Ceylon which in color & taste is VERY different to Cassia (think “Saigon Cinnamon”), hence VERY different to Anthony’s Ceylon.

@@schpengler and low-FODMAP is short term. So sure, you could go carnivore for 2-3 weeks and then bring back in fiber and other healthy foods 😁

Eating gluten free is not the easiest, but it’s not always hard either. Many whole foods are naturally gluten free! Breakfast:I always start my day with a gluten-free protein shake with frozen fruit, spinach, GF oats, organic protein powder and @doterra Greens… Snacks are usually nuts, energy balls and/or coconut yogurt. Greek yogurt with fruit is another great, protein rich option if you tolerate dairy. If I’m running that day. I’ll also usually have a @eatbobos snack beforehand. Lunch in this video was rice & quinoa, Asian-style meatballs from Costco and veggies with coconut aminos, ginger and almond butter powder. Dinner was almond flour tortilla tacos with shredded chicken, beans and tomato, spinach and guacamole. I also always love chicken with rice and veggies and homemade seasoning blends, or salmon and potatoes with green veggies. Nonsense. There is no specific amount of water that everyone needs to drink. Drink water when you are thirsty. Don’t drink juice or other sugary drinks.
