I feel bad for this man but i wanna call him out for his stupidity too. Why continue to pay child support and raise your children full time by yourself?! He's just been giving her money to spend for 5 years and she's not had to do anything in return
I love watching the mom’s face going from the smile to the what the hell are you talking about the second? The judge says that the child is allowed and should be allowed to use the cell phone that dad gave to use, also when the judge said there will be no change of custody her face just goes from that complete smirk to the entire thing she just going away
Isn’t the first one with the lady who never shows up to get the dna test. the one who wanted a light skinned baby so she had sex with a white person, but only wanted her baby to be black, so she kept denying he was the father? I could have swore I saw them in another case where he was the father and got his visitation rights, but the mother skipped out of town.
These women make me sick!They are GREEDY,Ratchet,and hate THIER ex"s more than they Love their children because you keep your kids from their dad !Your hurting your kids!!You work and make good money but it's not enough he giving you money and paying for stuff !!!!Grow up Lady!!!I feel sorry for these poor fathers they have no rights in court !These pitiful women start crying and put on the water works and the all the judges give the women what they want and the poor father don't stand a chance!!!Laws and rights have to change and give fathers rights same as women !!!!
I do not understand why parents these days are so petty and so against each other I know a lot of the times is due to usually the mother wants a check but why doesn’t this mother get rid of that damn cat for her child’s health and why is she already moved in someone else people Awkward with moving in other people while you have your child that don’t make no damn sense when my husband and I were separated, we had a deal that no one was to be introduced to our children until they were older these days they move people in like it’s nothing which ends up most of the time being a danger to the child or children
She either needs better training or fired. I personally think she is just too lazy to do more than the minimum she can get by with. She could care less about how her laziness effects other people lifes. As long as she draws that good government income that's all that matters to her. Could care less about anything else.
Where the 17 year old daughter been? If she committed the crime in 2018, why didn’t he say something last year when they were in court on child support? Why didn’t he ask for custody then? God bless this child.
This is an example of how the government works which is why I don’t understand why anyone would want the government to be completely responsible for providing universal healthcare. Imagine your child being diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor but you have to wait weeks or months in some bureaucratic IT quagmire to get the go ahead for treatment 😒 The truth is, we’re already there , it’s just not official yet. 🇺🇸
Dad sounds like he’s making a great effort to see his child. I’m glad he documents the time & dates of her “no shows” “ late shows” etc. Unfortunately, she sounds like an unfit Mother with no regard for court orders. I hope for the child’s sake she gets her act together! A child needs and deserves both parents present in their life.
What a great mom...doesnt know for sure when her daughter graduated...and didn't or more likely can't read the judgment for child support she signed...or put her X on.
This is a bitter divorced woman that continues to make things difficult for this child to have a healthy relationship with her Dad....Ladies don't let that be your case, let the parent battles stay separate from the children battles. Kids don't want to choose unless they're made to choose.
I think if they say 50/50 and then give a child the option it should be calculated at 50/50. Teenagers change their minds a often. So she says this now but next week she could be mad at mom and decide to stay with dad and ultimately he's paying for support on his time. At the end of the year they can come back and give actual totals on overnights and make adjustments. It doesn't matter which parent but being unfair to one is not right. Just my opinion. Seems obvious teenagers don't know what they are going to choose on any given day. I also think they should input either parent at 40 hours if they are less. They can work but just don't. Fair is fair.
The speech pattern is echolalia. Repeating whats heard byt no meaningful sentences. It is a sign of autism. Child needs speech and language therapy. Im not a fan of aba therapy although ppl swear by it. Its like dog training with rewards for behavior but I never thought its appropriate for humans. My child thrived with a great speech and language therapist and her IEP casemanager in the elementary school....wait once a month? Child may not have articulation problems but sounds like he needs language therapy at least twice a week. Once a month might as well be nothing.
