I don't see FILE HOME SHARE VIEW MANAGER. MS have designed a simple process very badly. E.g. 1, you assume the BURN button to be very visible without relying on menus. E.g. 2 "Windows Media Player Legacy cannot burn some of the files. To investigate the problem, click the icon next to the files in the burn list." THERE IS NO ICON. Fail.
I have been using my new PC for a few weeks without making a recovery drive first. I don't have any files on it so I don't have to worry about losing anything. Should I restore my PC before making a recovery drive ?
My PC isn't entering the advanced recovery environment...when i try, its interrupted by a black screen saying STOPCODE PROCESS1 INITIALIZATION FAILED and it restarts back to windows. I cant get it to the advanced recovery environment let alone safe mode, please help!
I keep getting an error that says, “Windows Media Player cannot burn the files. If the burner is busy, wait for the current task to finish. If necessary, verify that the burner is connected properly and that you have installed the latest device driver.” I try to create an audio cd. Any help?

Hi there. I'm commenting from Papua New Guinea could you please help me. My PC avita when malfunction and reset however stuck at Hi there and choices of selection of appears : 1. Region/ country 2. App prefer language 3. Keyboard selection 4. Time zone. When select according to my region and hit next it shows on the screen "why did my PC restart?" The're are readings shown: There's a problem that's keeping us from getting your PC ready to use, but we think an update will help get things working again. Here's how to get and update: 1. Make sure your PC is plugged in 2. If this PC uses wi-fi, select Next to follow instructions to connect to a wi-fi network 3. If this PC does not use wi-fi, insert a network cable to connect to a wired network, and select Next. 4. Once you're connected, select Next, and the update will install. I did follow the instructions by connecting to wi-fi network but it can't update and brings the screen back to first screen: 1. Region/ country 2. App prefer language 3. Keyboard selection 4. Time zone. Thanks 🙏
It shouldn't. Think of it as a Save file in a game. It just restores your PC to an earlier date. Sorry just was watching, and I am too H1gh to remember how to do it. lol

my husband's computer died to the point where I can bring up the main screen, but I cannot access the bios. both the keyboard and mouse won't work. I tried the recovery drive (USB) but since it won't boot from USB I can't get that to work either. any suggestions? very frustrating. I'm about ready to order a refurbished DELL, but I prefer the SSd drive that's in his now and now a spin drive which it comes with.. not sure how easy it will be to replace.
