Yeah, I don't doubt that... but those kind of 'supporters' are at every club. You look at Melbourne this year, their players were booed from the ground by their own 'supporters'. Now I know a number of true Melbourne supporters who support their team through the hard times. Its just sad that the vocal minority that do the wrong thing are loud enough that it seems that most of their supporters are that way.
Since 2008, Richmonds membership count has virtually doubled and yet the finishing position hasn't been above 12th place... I wouldn't call that bandwagon jumping. Anyone who has gone through the tough times with a club and come out still a supporter is a true loyal supporter. I do like this song though =p Good thing its not true this year =)
