i didn't knew who he was back when i watched AITBL and i hated his character from the bottom of my heart. He portrayed it so well. I just recently saw his other work then saw the comments that he is Niragi and i was shocked. Because i loved him when i was watching his other drama. Like WOW. THE DUALITY.
I think it's a combination of him being told he was dumb by everyone and acting that way to stave off his brother's abuse. Remember when he was starting to make smart decisions for the company his brother threatened him to dumb down.
I love Cillian Murphy's Scarecrow, he really should be the main villain of Batman Begins, although he kinda is before Ras al Ghul's reveal, but I wish he has a bigger role - I'm bummed he had such limited screentime.
