I’ve been egg breakfast sandwiches since a child in American with “Texas toast” which is the toast Korean use. I don’t think it’s a Korean thing I believe it’s a breakfast thing. But they are delicious.

Absolutely beautiful dishes I'm sure it was excellent. I wonder if it's just me but nothing truly beats the mom and pop ramen/sushi shops. It has such a different feel. I want to a Michellen in NY and it was nothing like the ramen bar down the street. Props to the chef though he did great!
