THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!!!! What a wild adventure for you both! The images and video are breathtaking. You should be so proud of this!!!! I hope @lumecube joins you on more adventures!
Great trip and excellent production value guys. Inspired me to really work on that. I've come to realise people like the story, whereas I make videos to remember what I experienced. So, I have to cater to an audience a little better. I'm uncomfortable in front of the lens, but need to just get on with it. I'm just about to leave for South Africa, so this is good timing!
"If you learn to put the experience above everything else, I'm not sure you ever lose". Great philosophy. Mine is "to accept whatever the ocean puts in front of me".
Why don't you u.s. taxpayers ever PROTEST LOUDLY, against all of YOUR tax money, that could be used for this endeavor, but rather gets burned in useless wars that get you NOTHING in return?? Is it patriotism, nationalism, fear??
Inside the cave, it’s warmer, condensation creates drops from the ceiling, the drops fall from the ceiling to the frozen ground, creating ice from the ground up.
What a terrible desease, as a father of two children I couldn’t imagine the pain for both parents and children alike..Thankyou for all you do and I hope you all reach your goals...Beautiful video thanks ❤😢
I have great respect for the porter and sherpa teams. Without their assistance in organizing the trekking necessities along the way, the trek could be extremely difficult.
I wonder why you went up via Tengboche when there is a lot more impressive high trail on the opposite side of the valley. The Mong La - Phortse - Pangpoche High Scenic Trail offers vastly better views, lots of wildlife and practically no other trekkers. Tengboche can be visited on the way down.
a very small fraction of people actually go via Phortse, I myself never knew about it until I stumbled across someone talking about it on TripAdvisor. In the winter the pangboche high trail is very exposed + ice/snow, so you gotta be confident and comfortable.
@@buxtonspice1532 I know only a small fraction go through Phortse, but that is not a reason to avoid it. It is a great route and more people are finding it and also some innovative western agencies have started using it on the way up already.
