Hey Dave, as a really good point worth noting for customers, consider the old "noisy pump at idle" how we can turn these systems right down and not have huge noisy pumps rattling our ears while idling.
Very sus....has a 600 decal which is only 800HP and that torque figure is low, and this is 900 on a roller dyno which always give lower numbers than hubs.
+72rwkw from just a full header back exhaust and a Pod filter? Actually, I just re-read that and noticed the 'with dyno tune'. That makes more sense now. What PSI was the final boost at?
This is compatible with E85? I have a return style now. What type of maintenance is required while using your pumps with E85? Does the E85 damage the pump/injectors ? Does it have a filter?
Hi nsrlegaltech, This video was made 5 years ago, safe to say since then, we've updated our tech 🤣. Jump onto our more recent videos and have a look! We cover our StreetFighter products to our KPM Fuel System products and walkthroughs.
ide love to see some videos of vehicles with your system making power im from the states and this is really a game changer! Love what you guys are doing cant wait to get myself a unit.
Hi CunhaGMZ, our units are available on our KPM Fuel Systems website now across the entire range. We will be adding videos to this channel as well as our socials very soon. So best thing to do to stay up to date is to jump onto our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Hi Matthew, it will be released for purchase this year. Keep your eyes locked on the KPM Fuel Systems Socials Pages/Newsletters for its release date announcement.
So much more things just here can make difference first of all the fuel used. 98 premium fuel, exhaust system and extractors, and finally put a tune on then. I'd have on a good qaulity nice and clean walbro fuel pump as well just to be sure but I've been told on stack n/a fg the walbro pump won't make any difference in power apparently. The larger holding tank the walbro sits in would surely be better though to prevent surging after take off and around corners. But im probably going overboard there. Don't forget you'll need a good set of tyres to actually put the power down onto the road.
Hi Tony, you can buy the Race Cover Air Intake here: www.kpmmotorsport.com.au/product/streetfighter-cold-air-intake-sports-fg/ It is on special for $464 + shipping
Good job guys just a couple of questions, Does this controller have a boost reference port? Or do you need to run a boost ref fuel regulator? Is this still designed to be a dead head system or return style?
Hi Nathan, it is a dead head system with a internal regulator & does not require boost reference. This is simply done by the KPM Fuel Control Module regulating fuel delivery by usage of the OE fuel pressure sensor readings. This eliminates the need for any additional boost reference devices. If you've got any more questions, feel free to reach out to us!
HI Vince! That is great to read, drop us an email at: enquiries@kpmmotorsport.com.au and our Hennessey Australia team member will get a price to you asap :)
Hey Jimmy - yes they are the same ones as the names are interchangeable :) The difference is the 'Race/Sports' (exposed filter) and 'cold air intake' (enclosed filter)
Hi Andrew we do recommend doing injectors. Depending on which website you were on, you may not have seen them. If you head to the KPM Fuel Systems website the range should be there. If you are in need of anything else, drop us an email at: enquiries@kpmmotorsport.com.au 😆
