Use each Special Attack while the enemy’s health critically low. Use the Square button special attack on the First time. Then, use the Triangle on the second round he’s revived. Then use the Circle special attack on the next round he is revived. Then the sun will appear.

Just play with the Video settings on your PCSX2. But I’d recommend you watch other youtube channel to get good graphics. Take note that sometimes, you might having issues while playing the game, even though you have the most High End PC in your room. It happened to me while I was playing DBZ BT3 on my mid range laptop with i7 7700 and GTX 1050Ti, the game stutters and lag around 5-15FPS with the medium to low settings. I might be wrong but you can try do it yourself or watch other videos.
