THANK YOU! Got things working pretty quickly and actually found a obs text plugin that might help solve the text scaling/wrapping issues with the background as well. To account for variations in chat text length I discovered a Text(GDI+Multiline) plugin that has settings to accommodate maximum word wrap positions, line spacing, and a bunch of other things. Thank you so much for this video. I followed it and I got it working very well. Another idea would be to make it a Twitch channel reward, but how would you do this exactly ? The viewer could enter their comment in the prompt of the channel reward, but how would I set this up in Streamer.bot ? Just an idea... Update: I got it figured out. I had to change 2 things, including a twitch channel reward, then I made a duplicate action of the original one. Then In the sub-actions, first line that gets target info, currently has source type: Variable, and variable: username, I change to just source type: User. And one other thing I changed was: in the Write to file ( chat-message) sub action, from %message%, to %rawinput%. That's it.

Is there a way to use custon text extents and trasform bounding box type at the same time. what i want to do is to show the text messege in the way that it scale but is still go above when you finish the background

Instead of setting a delay to show the messege wouldnt it be better if you can press the icon again in the chat to hide the comment whenever you want? i dont know how to do this is tho

Can you take user info but for youtube? because i dont know why but sub actions for youtube are way less than twitch

you can right click on the text source, tansform -> edit transform and there you can mess arround with the bound box, so it stays in a certain area

But does it give “jump cuts” in the video?

Cool to know that you can remove all these breaks in this smart way, I hope for future auto remotion like the classic "S remover" for audio in premiere or similar software

thanks for the video my friend. One thing you can do is add a background in the text/font options. Why it will not block out the whole area, it will block behind the text and do a pretty decent job. Scales appropriately which is the benefit.

Would it be possible to highlight EVERY message from ex. a BOT??? I'm using NightbBot for some AI Fun Facts I want them (and only them) ALWAYS to be highlighted automatically 🙏🙏

I've watched a few videos about this and, for some reason, when I tired this, 5 minutes got cut off (when it should have been no more than a minute) and a section was just a static section where nothing was happening for like 1 minute and the uhs and ums and whatever I deleted were still there. What am I doing wrong? This is the best video I've found so far but nothing works. Granted, I'm trying to apply this to an edited timeline...but appending it to a new timeline shouldn't affect it. Right? Anyways, BM, to me, is just showing off the AI but the actual application isn't doing what it's supposed to do. I'm really disappointed. Doesn't seem very intuitive.

Whats crazy is, the Ai did't even account for the many ums and uhs my husband says during our podcast. I have developed a hell of a frustrating relationship with this feature. The Ai will say that parts of my audio is silent but when I go to listen back to it we are in full fledge conversation. And it NEVER actually added the ums or uhs to the transcript, as well as repeat statements, it will only account for one when adding it to the transcript. This is really upsetting because my husband repeats himself a lot and he uses filler words all the time, so not being able to see where they are is so inconvenient. Im from DC and he is from SC, so im not sure if its the accent or what but they really need to work on making this feature better because as of right now it sucks. I sent then a few very detailed emails so hopefully they will take these things into account.

not to be mean but did you even check if the ums and uhs actually got deleted? I tried it out and to my dismay the replace function is only for you to edit the transcript and nothing more, it doesn't delete the ums and uhs, to do so u have to manually press delete and see the strikethrough in the transcript
