David Goggins saved my Life. Before January 13th I was suffering from severe Depression, Drug and Alcohol Addiction and weighing 300 pounds obese male and I had hit rock bottom. I was suffering tremendously and I had to make a choice. I started exercising everyday day left social medi for good and slowly started getting better. Today it is June 18th 2024 and I went from being 300 pounds to 239 pounds in six months. Haven't missed a single day of exercising and the most important part is that I no longer Suffer from depression. David Goggins is the true answer to everyone's self doubt and sickness. That's absolutely right, but there are a lot of mean people out there who will call you out anyway, so what you can do is take those callouts as motivation.
