How can anyone do business with you people, even after sending 4 mails there is no reply, no call, your customer service is very poor, I had to buy alignment and wheel balancing machine but even after sending mails repeatedly there is no reply from you people, your service is very bad

Only Mercedes Benz would come up with this rubbish. Another reason Merc is on the decline. Down 350 000 sales since 2019 alone. I wish Germans would stop over engineering, there is a reason the Japanese are getting more popular....time to stop and notice Merc!
