If you polish or clean the sterling silver with soap and water it should fix any discoloration. Oxidation is a normal process and happens to all silver, it isn't a permanent change to the metal and can be reversed by cleaning.

Honestly, if anything size up a half size. the newer models run pretty big, but depending how wide your feet are a half size up may be more comforable than your true size

Yesh the sizing should still be the same. In all honesty, I havent bought any of the recent shark hoodies. my most updated was a 2018 shark, so im not sure how sizing is from 2019 and up.
