If you export it as a procreate file from procreate, and the layers are in groups in procreate. Then it will come as different frames in pro dreams. If it’s not grouped in procreate first, it won’t put them as separate frames
If you are importing onto the same track, it will move the animated layers to the end of the imported. If you create a second track and import the file onto it, it won’t move the already placed drawings

I think Cuda (Procreate apps) should talk with you or at least watch you all's videos. ----- I like your approach: simple images, exacting narration that teaches the language of animation and the reasoning behind your methods. Your narration teaches animation processes. Sometimes i'll put the videos on loop because the content is common to all similar animation tools. - We draw or animate to tell the story. // to share an emotion or revelation.
After watching this a few times, I will put this video on loop and just listen. It is important to soak up what he says in this video. Funny part is I found it by accident while making this tutorial. I was on the same boat thinking “who makes an animation app with no rotation?!” Turns out they made it non intuitive.

Animation shorts, web films and web series I think of making with Procreate dreams. Ciro. An no SFX and only music animation short film about a Little kitten named Ciro who gets separated from his mom during a stormy boat ride. Only to make a group of friends with a fox named Amber, A Siamese cat named Kendra, a Dog named Douglas, a lop eared bunny named Maple, and Jack the Jackalope whose mother decided to raise Ciro while he’s best friends with her best song Jack. Little nightmares: Dark horizons. A miniseries that follows all little nightmares games. Mainly following the adventures of a white masked white hood caped bot named Boo. Dragon Worship. A web movie inspired by How to train your dragon. Following Ash, a Human boy who betrays his people and father (Who have a thing for Slaying Dragons) to achieve his dragon riding dream which for a start does when he meets a Juvenile aged White and blue dragon he named Glimmer. Ciro the cat. A web series following 7 years after the short movie. Ciro his family of close friends are now adolescent (teenage practically) and he comes over many obstacles like impressing his childhood summer camp friend Amber Fox on Valentine’s Day, or having a day of bad luck. Bat and Mouse. A cute web series about 2 small anthropomorphic animals. A grey male mouse and his best friend a brown female bat. Dog, Fox N Cat. An Ed Edd n Eddy parody following the mis adventures of a calico or tabby cat, a female red fox, and a St. Bernard Dog. Players of Power. A Si-Fi like animation web series taking place in a futuristic century (like the late 2090s or 2100s) pretty much taking place Several years after the 2015 movie; Pixels. Software Soren. A si fi animation short and series about a smart hard at school work teen boy who’s given technokinesis by some of his father’s advanced technology. To build a futuristic iron man like suit to take on Bad guys like Killian Machine AKA Chairman Killian Nolan Dragon Worship 2’ A sequel to dragon worship taking place 3 years later.
I know the feeling of having so much inspiration. What I’ve learned over the past year is sometimes you have to just start. Doesn’t have to be much, but just start and you won’t regret it!
