Yeah I’m pretty sure I had Covid when I filmed this so it was rough to talk and then edit - but thanks so much for your comment 👍🏼 and of course thanks for the watch hours 😆
I love them!!! I personally don’t but we have had them in the shop! I have a hard time telling the difference between the reproductions that are made today and the originals … there are just so many repros out there anymore but either way they look awesome!
Nicole you did an awesome job in these two shops. I can see you have been busy! By the way you look beautiful. Love your hair! Prayers for your mom-in-law going up🩷
I love handmade soft sculpture santas and snowmen they've gotten so expensive now to buy what with the time it takes to make them so glad I've been buying them for probably 30 years now my collection is fabulous! I have been obsessed with collecting vintage and antique Christmas for many years.
I have a 1990 12 days of CMAS tin. In it I have the 12 days of CMAS Hallmark ornaments. I love it. I collect some vintage CMAS but my favorites are my vintage and antique ornaments on my CMAS tree. It is very unusual.
I love hallmark ornaments … I, of course, like all the glass ornaments from pre ww2 times and all but I have a big spot in my heart for collecting hallmark
@@TheCellarDoorAntiqueMarket Thank you for replying. I had a big collection of Hallmark ornaments because I worked there for years. My son still has his but I gave many of mine away when I started collecting vintage and antique ornaments. Trudy in PA, USA
Maybe for some people… but I wouldn’t say Ginni’s home looks like that at all. She is super talented and actually makes some of her own furniture pieces.. she has been collecting for years (and most things were not from ‘antique gift shops’) and just displays her antiques perfectly throughout her home.
What a beautiful treat! I grew up in Mt. Arlington back in the 1970s and delivered papers across the street. The house was dove grey and vacant at the time. Well before this loving and stunning renovation/restoration. Every day I sensed someone watching me as I delivered papers. The curtain in the bedroom with the big brass bed would move as if someone had pulled it to the side to watch me and then would let it go. My brother and I explored the expansive grounds often and that back yard down to the lake is spectacular! One time we found a dead muskrat floating belly up next to the boathouse, which totally freaked out my 9 year old self. I have no doubt the house is haunted and that Lotta was watching me deliver papers. I remember so many times just looking at that beautiful house. Thank you for sharing this and bringing up so many memories for me! If you have not done so, I suggest you try to tour Labunski Castle further down the road on Windemere Blvd. I delivered the paper to a few different owners. On Halloween, there was homemade popcorn balls and freshly made cotton candy for trick or treaters! We would walk through the huge oak doors and onto those beautiful wooden floors. Truly a magical experience. I was friends with the owner's daughter for a while and we would play on the grounds there. I have subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to watching more of your videos!
Thank you for watching and sharing that awesome story! Yes - I do believe Lotta is still present at her home too! I felt like someone was behind me throughout the house as I filmed…. Ohh! I’ll have to see if I can check out the other place you mentioned! Thank you again for watching - and subscribing!! 💕
@@debby891 thank you!!! I appreciate that …. And not yet but this year we talked about me doing a tour … I opened a second antique/vintage store this year so my channel have been on the back burner - but I plan on coming back to making them soon
Nicole, you are amazing! Love your trips and infos on many wonderful things. As the saying goes “beauty is in the eye of the beholder!” You truly have a wonderful eye for many things interesting and informative! HUGS
I think it’s just a fun thing to have on display .. something different and to get people talking … it’s pretty bulky so it would be tough to have in the living room or kitchen or anything but a small table in the bathroom, I think it’s fun
That’s awesome about your santa collection! And that vendor may have picked up the greens from target but she really did a great job putting them in those vintage sweater covers and other vessels. I don’t mind mixing target or home good items with vintage/antiques … 💕 thanks for watching the video
Thank you so much Janet! I appreciate that … I have been on a hiatus from filming for the last 6 months but I am just starting to get back into the video making - so more to come 💕💕
That’s a great idea for the holidays! I love all vintage tins! I have a coffee bar in my house with tins of all sorts of brands of coffee that hold all the K-cups … thank you for watching and commenting 😊
I totally agree… luckily the lady who lives there now is so proud of her house and takes really good care of it… just a shame the banker never had a chance to enjoy life 😢
No weed plants lol… and the true meaning and original meaning of that symbol was sadly taken over by an evil man…. Simple google search would fill you in. 👍🏼 but thanks so much for those watch hours 😘
Hey Debbie! They have a friends and family day on Thursday … you have to have a ticket from one of the volunteers and they do charge a percentage more than what the tags says … but Fri-Sun it is open to the public
