How does the prop turn? Mine cant turn a whole round. Is this normal? Greetings from Holland

if it can not turn, something is probably pinched. To remove the impeller, remove the cover (see 1:25 inside the video. mine is missing as it is a pump for spare parts.) and remove it and inspect for any jammed or broken shaft.
