If “What is from the heart goes straight to the heart” every heart that is open to this Magnum Opus is a sure sign of “The Spirit of Eternity”. King Solomon wrote in Proverbs “The spirit of man is the candle of THE LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly.” To which I SHOUT A RESOUNDING AMEN! PWG
Wie immer : Trifonov grandios und unvergleichlich . Es ist mir unbegreiflich wie er ein immenses Repertoire mit Orchester, Solo und auch kammermusikalisch in kurzer Zeit überall auf der Welt (incl. Jetlag ) so souverän und meisterhaft abliefern kann . Ich bin mir sicher , das kann sonst niemand : Man muss nur auf seine Homepage gehen und sehen wie oft er unterwegs ist und das Repertoire wechselt . Andere Pianisten spielen meistens Wochen- oder auch monatelang das gleiche Programm , aber Trifonov nicht , er wechselt häufig . Was für eine singuläre Meisterleistung! Ich hoffe seine Gesundheit spielt weiter mit ! Bravo ! Das einzige was bei diesem Video stört , dass ein nicht unerheblicher Teil des Publikums nach etwa 7 Minuten mitten im Stück klatscht , das finde ich sehr unpassend und unkultiviert….
With her accuracy and seisiblity , all is possible , not suprising , we have alreday watched her left hand playing music . Nothing is denying her challenge ,backed by her god given talent and endless sever practice and continuous efforts
I think this is the intensity Scriabin dreamed of. Toward the flame and all that. All I know is that while I appreciate it so much, I wouldn’t want to feel how Trifonov looks to feel lol

This is totally freaking me out. You can clearly see that the music stand on the piano is up, and she is using an iPad with the music, and the iPad acts as a page turner. Yet there are scenes where I can see the piano, and it looks as if there is nothing there in front of her. I cannot imagine that would have been edited out.
Seong Jin Cho handles the difficult harmonies and melodies of Shostokovich with😮 equal ease. His repertoire is sizeable and is growing. Always has something interesting to say! Superb colors blended with an equally superb orchestra! Keep on growing, Seong Jin! ❤❤
유튜브 보면서 댓글을 남기는 건 정말 오랜만입니다. 평소 감성적인 걸 그다지 좋아하지 않는 저로서도 이 영상에서의 임윤찬의 연주는 정말 심금을 울린다는 말이 어울릴 정도로 마음에 와닿습니다. 성당이나 교회를 다니지 않는 비종교인임에도 불구하고 이 연주를 들을 때면 신(예수)의 존재에 대해 깊이 생각하게 됩니다. 섬세한 강약조절과 표현 능력은 물론이거니와 예수님께서 인간에 대해 가졌던 마음들을 지금의 우리가 추체험할 수 있도록 연주해냈다는 것이 놀랍습니다. 사실 천주교든 기독교든 불교든 이슬람교든, 종교라는 것이 추상적인 면이 강하고 실제 눈으로 확인할 수 없다는 성격이 있기 때문에 이를 회의적으로 여기는 사람들이 많습니다. 저 또한 일개 범부에 불과하기에 이러한 생각을 가졌던 나날들도 있었고, 더 나아가 종교를 믿는 사람들은 이성적인, 혹은 현실적인 사고를 하지 못하는 사람들이라고 폄하했었던 부끄러운 과거도 있었습니다. 이런 생각들이 얼마나 보잘 것 없고 어리석은 것들이었는지...연주를 들으면 들을 수록 지난 날의 어리석은 제 자신을 반성하게 됩니다. 혹자는 "'고작 피아노 연주 하나' 가지고 너무 오버하는 것이 아니냐" 고 말할 수도 있습니다. 맞는 말입니다. 사고의 전환과 가치관의 변화는 오랜 시간과 많은 경험이 거듭하여 연쇄작용을 일으켜야 가능한 것입니다. 이런 맥락에서 보자면, 제가 지금 남기고 있는 감상 또한 그다지 영양가 없는 넋두리에 불과하다고 말할 수도 있겠습니다. 그렇지만 인간의 삶은, 우리네 인생은 이러한 몇 줄의 글이나 말로 설명될 수 있는 것이 아닙니다. 제가 하고 싶은 말은, 어느 한 쪽의 견해로만 점철된 삶을 살아가서는 안 된다는 것입니다. 그 무엇에도 치우치지 않는 삶을 살아가야만, 아이러니하게도 진정한 '나'를 알아갈 수 있다고 생각합니다. 사색하는 것은 힘든 일입니다. 일상생활을 영위하는 것조차 버겁기 때문입니다. 직장에서의 고단함, 가정에서의 책임감, 인간관계를 이어나가기 위한 노력...이런 것들이 한꺼번에 우리를 덮쳐올 때면 대부분의 사람들은 생각하기를 멈추고 쉬는 것을 선택합니다. 저 또한 이 이야기에서 자유롭지 못합니다. 그렇지만 '고작 피아노 연주 하나'일 수도 있는 이 영상 하나에서도 글로 다 담을 수 없을 정도로 많은 생각을 할 수 있고, 또 내적으로 많은 것을 얻어갈 수 있다는 점을 말씀드리고 싶었습니다. 피곤한 나날 속에서도 자아를 성찰하는 자세는 반드시 필요하며, 이런 시간을 거치면서 우리는 한걸음 더 성장할 수 있기 때문입니다. 매일은 아니더라도, 가끔씩은 이런 시간을 가져보는 것도 괜찮을 것 같다는 생각에 글을 씁니다. 술 한 잔 걸치고 쓴 거라 이야기가 좀 두서 없을 수 있겠지만...그래도 많은 사람들이 이런 마음을 가졌으면 좋겠다는 생각에서 주제넘게 글을 남겨봅니다.
