剛剛試做了,味道還不錯。放了兩倍的糖(40g)感覺還好(重口味的可以多加)。我還多放了5ml的香草精,不然蛋的味道會有點重。

關鍵是,要用冰淇淋圓勺一層一層刮進勺成一球,這樣口感就是冰淇淋沒錯。如果像吃市售冰淇淋那樣、直接深挖一球,第一,不容易挖進去。第二,吃起來較硬。
