Something I want to add is make sure you're brake cleaner is NON-chlorinated. If you weld over any residual chlorinated brake cleaner it can knock you out and/or kill you. It's rare, sure, but it's pretty easy to find acetone or NON-chloronated brake cleaner that gets the job done just as good. Great video!
they are really good, but there are some things that they could do to make them better. cut and tapered tunnel is one of them, titanium bolts, clutching,....it can always be better.
That’s kinda stupid thing to do. Why not just get the shorter track? Or is it just to make money for making a kit to sell and to fk up a snowmobile! A lot of bs just to make it shorter 😅😅

@@killorkubed it's about the same as putting a 165 on a 146 tunnel(or 154 expert). I ran my 154 under it for a little bit and it definitely looked like it was all track.
@@mazdarxseven93 yeah... we've had problems in hero snow (we live like 1000 miles from the nearest mountain riding, we go when we can and take what we can get) having our stock length 146's and 154's get hot... have any cooling problems being that short? any visibility problems with the track throwing snow right back ahead of you?
@@killorkubed we have pretty short trail rides for the most part and I have a snow flap I can put on it if needed though. I run 2.25" paddle tracks so not to much snow throw ahead of me unless there's 4 or 5 inches on the trail.
@@mazdarxseven93 what made you switch to a 146 2.25? We have a sled with that on it exactly and are selling it because we don't like it as much as the 154s, are we missing something? (I'm genuinely asking, when someone goes to a shitload of work to get to a setup it's typically because they've found something they like...)
hey thanks for the comment, this video is not to full potential as its 7 years old haha, we are working towards getting better quality clips to our followers, that is a great idea!
OK its about time you started some videos again! What ever happened to Rated R lol P.S. when its too bright to work..........means perfect light for video audience:)
We do installs in house for a flat labour rate of 500 CAD.That does not include the price of the cooler and bumper kit.If it’s just the cooler installed without our bumper/tunnel stiffener 425 CAD.
Hey Dustin thanks for the question!! due to the manifold of the cooler adding a extra inch and a half to the length, you do have to cut 7.5 inches, so in the end you still get the -6" result, if you have any other questions feel free to give us a call.
