SO IT CANT BE CONSTRUCTED SO RAIN OR MELTING SNOW WILL NOT SEEP THROUGH THE ABOVE FLOORING GAPS? ARE THERE ANY GUTTERS/DOWN SPOUTS FOR RAIN WATER?
