If you are there to talk to, i would like to know if this can also heal the person doing it if they need help. My acupuncturist does this and only he has been able to stop my horrid migraines. I am near Denver and want to know if there is a group near here? Sometimes It works very well, other times, I am unsure why it does not.
She is right. Hard to believe but I have used this meditation technique and it pays off when I was bitten by my own cat the wound was devastating and people thought it was caused by a much larger animal. It required 8 stitches and my forearm is still deformed because of it. But by differentiating between the wound and the reaction to the wound( the uncertainty, the fear, the anger etc) and that “calming, trusted, comforting” place within you, I escaped from the pain of that bloody and open wound by putting my mind in the right place and directing “ kindness” both to my wounded arm and to the cat who caused it. IT WORKS. It helped me go through an experience which to many would mean immense physical pain, anger and stress- quite easily. That ease helped me cope with everyone’s question, “What will happen to the cat?” Well, because I focused on the relaxed kindness to all concerned, the cat is still with me . We are still family.

Very nice job explaining transmission meditation and Maitreya. I have been connected with the Alice Bailey and later Benjamin Creme teachings for a long time. I am in a couple of transmission groups now and hosted one long ago. This subject is one of the most important spiritually we can explore. Brava for you ladies sharing the message so well. Anybody who comes across this video would do well to search 'transmission meditation' and Share International. www.shareinternational.org is a wealth of information for you. There you can locate transmission groups or learn to form one.

Though she went forth as a 10 Precept nun long before me, I helped her gain full ordination as a bhikkhuni. Over the years she has been a good friend & sister in the holy life. To my dismay, Amma Thanasanti decided last year to disrobe. We lost a lovely sister in the holy life.
