Flüssigkeiten sieden im Vakuum aber bereits bei etwa 25 °C und dieses soll auch vermieden werden. Wie muss man es nun machen, um eine möglichst hohe Haltbarkeit zu erreichen?

¿A qué temperatura debe estar? ¿El tiempo varía dependiendo del corte? Porque hay cortes que tienen más jugos y eso hace que puedan ir perdiendo vacío y por ende comience la proliferación de bacterias. Gracias por su respuesta 👍🏻
Would it be possible to do the onions in a glass and quick marinade them this way? I have to be very careful here with plastic bags as waste products. Thanks great series!
