No need for an army, I can handle all of that myself Olive. (LOL - kidding 😅 😅 ) So I was curious, what vegetable do you have most often with your meals ?? For me, its potatoes, which I know is a boring answer to most, haha. 😂
Hey there Olive 👋😊 ... Happy New Year !!! Nice channel you have going here !!! 😊 👏 Congrats on all your success, and wishing the best for even more for the rest of 2019 and beyond , and I can't wait to see more outstanding content in the future !! 👍😊 .... I did wonder , do you ever reverse or change the order of each exercise you do for a workout, whether its lower body or upper , or do you feel more comfortable with the same pattern and always doing potentially compound movements first ?? Like here you started with the extensions and ended with the SL press , so would you do extensions first and eventually end with presses ?? ... And do you alternate from week to week how often you want to train heavy vs. training light for any point of your workout split and for certain muscles ?? ... Well keep going strong ... definitely keep on flexing 💪 and keep on inspiring. 😊 Look forward to being apart of the Olive Timms fan club !!! Cheers. 🍷😎
Hey!! Thank you, I appreciate the kind words. I DEFINITELY change it up. Often. I tend to do a warm up of smaller movements at light weight - such as banded exercises or the glute/ham pull on the back extension. Then move into large compound movements - such as glute bridges and sumo deadlifts. Then I finish with smaller movements again until completely burned out and can't do any more. The actual exercises and pattern ALWAYS changes depending on what machines are open and available. No 2 days are ever the same for me. I also do heavy days with fewer exercises but heavier weight and more sets and lighter days with more exercises and more repetitions. The best way to grow is to change it up! Thank you for the love!
Absolutely Olive. And definitely true that variety is great for building and shaping , especially with your style of having different methods each day. 👍😎 I actually start the week doing 1 heavy day for a upper and 1 for lower , then doing light to moderate weights rest of the week, before doing rec sports on weekends. 😊 ... so I also wondered , if you would ever do a full body workout video ??
