I made this channel because my wife gave me the good idea of filming what I do in my garden, around the house, small projects, ... Little did I know that it would have me hooked on my pond so much. I think that if it wasn't for RU-vid I would not have done so great of an effort to keep my pond in such a good shape. I take more pleasure in working around the garden to deliver some good ideas to all of you.
The goal is to help some people in creating stuff, give ideas or give a small push to get started in and around the house. The uploads will be on Wednesday 5pm (gmt+1). Hope you enjoy watching my video's and most of all get inspired!
Please consider subscription to my channel and if you do so, do not forget to click the bell to be notified when I upload a new video. Thank you!
@@DanyWarren-yn5te I have no idea about the specifications on it. Think that you better do a Google search on the lamp, don't have the box anymore. I'm not so familiar with salt water either unfortunately
My Daughter's trying to decide on which Super fish model to get. She has the 57 Fluval Flex and isn't very happy with it I think she's outgrown the size ...I suggested the Super fish. 110. She seems to like it and enjoyed your video which is still having an impact. Well done Thanks Cedric
I'm back again 😅. Sorry Cedric..my channel has been all over the place. I had some issues with shadow banning . But everything seems to be ironed out now. So I thought I'd pop in and re-comment.lol Great video.
I'm not scientist, but I'm wanting to make activated charcoal for homemade original light bulbs like in the Edison days. I do know from classes from school that it has to goal through pyrolysis which it never did. Meaning their should be no oxygen present when burning. In the old days before you could depressurize burners you would go way the hell up to the top of a mountain some where. Anyways there was never a pyrolization stage you just heated charcoal again with vinegar on it? Thanks again though for the test it still seems to filter, have you checked it with the strips to compare how clean it is vs bought?
@@juli8vdberg562 I ended up using it as extra bio filter with plants and pebbles in it. Wasn't to bad but was a drag to get it started again every time I did a water change
@@vertigoone-one-722 I unboxed it yesterday to use in my 80L guppy tank with some plants and wanted to also add purigen, but what a totally big disappointment that was! Ended up using the old hang-on filter and stored it away.. who knows one day when I am retired and have a big massive tank with stones and sand and wood and no animal in it, I use it. Worst ever product
I have dual Tidal 75's on my long show tank (each end). Power drops often around here with, even while on vacation, never had trouble with power coming back on and starting the filters right back up. It's like they were just paused for a bit.
I'm sorry but the only word I can understand is goldfish. I guess you are asking if there are a lot of goldfish in there? There are quite a lot of them in there + some koi as well.
Hello Cedric, just had a fix of your lovely voice! Hope your n yours are doing ok, all fine( ish) here! Can’t believe how time flies! God bless you 🙏✝️. ✌️🇷🇺☮️🇺🇦✌️. 🙋♀️🤍🇮🇱
Hey Nona, all good here, can't complain. Making preps on my garden for the moment and the pond is summer ready. Will probably make a short on it when things are starting to sprout a bit more. The lawn is a big mess due to the dogs but other than that all good. Great to hear from you ☺️
I have a pregnant molly and i was gonna get this tank for her baby fry, do you recommend this? And I would need to change the filter to sponge filter is this possible?
It is possible. But I would go for a cheaper smaller version if it is for just one pregnant fish. Go for a tank that has no fix filter house and put a sponge filter in it
@@vertigoone-one-722 Ah, yes, I never thought of that - the water could stagnate just in that place 🤔 I haven't decided which aquarium kit yet, also looking at the Fluval Spec 60L (but it's difficult to find in the UK - maybe discontinued?? ).
@@genx156 I think I might go for sump filters or canister filters. Gets all the junk out of sight under in the cabinet and the filtration is way more efficiently I think. Gets water from one side and spits it out the other. No need to buy a new tank just invest in a canister filter and find a bigger tank on eBay without filtration. But ssssh no telling the misses 😋
@@vertigoone-one-722 Yes I had one of those mini canister filters years ago (I had to sell my 5 Aquariums & re-home my babies because I moved to Spain 😱) but I had it on a nano AquaOne cube - much easier to clean without disturbing the fish 👍. There seems to be more of the mini canisters available now from different manufacturers 😁
@@genx156 so much choice! Let me know what route you will take. If you make a video on it make sure to give me a heads up so that I can check out the finished product!
Can't thank you enough for making this vid! I have the home30 version and i also hated the filter box! Removed it today and I'm much happier with it gone! Thank you for taking that risk and sharing your result! Dont think i'dve risked it otherwise 😂
