For those struggling to put the bulbs in these lights. The suction cup isn't strong enough so I eventually just used the rubber cup to line it up and used my hands to turn it. Turn it clockwise until it drops down into the holes. You might need to change the angle of insertion as it needs to be perfectly vertical. Once in I used my rubber work gloves to shove it down hard and turned it clockwise. Gloves are grippy so use something similar. Takes quite a bit of force. Then use the little tab on the suction cup to remove suction and the bulb should not move at all.
