Here you will find interesting things I come across in life! All videos are mine and recorded by me personally. I am a big proponent for Physical Media. I have large collections of old PC Games, Physical games between ps1-ps5, Original Xbox. I also have over 4,000 physical DVD's. I love old obscure technology and show it on my channel often. I show my video game or media related collections, random technology I find interesting, items I acquire at a thrift store or strange things I encounter IRL! Thanks for checking me out! More videos regularly!
Years ago I listened to my friends, influencer, tech magazines, etc and I got rid of my collections of records, cassette tapes, CDs, VHS tapes, Laser Discs and DVDs. Now I regret it. I search through Hulu and Netflix and get excited when I see they have the movie Sixteen Candles available to watch. Then to be disappointed when it’s not available to view again until the mighty lords of streaming decide to make it available again in 4 or more years. I have a new collection of DVDs that I was able to purchase from countless visits to thrift shops, garage sales and closing of RedBox…I will never get rid of my collection again.
Streaming never appealed to me. I’ve collected physical media for 3 decades and I could never see the appeal. I’d rather put a physical product on to watch any day.
Movies are a product of their time and should not be edited to appease modern audiences to me it's no difference between censoring a movie and burning books like the n@tzi's did
Not only are they selling you the same movie as many times as possible now but they are also trying to sell you AS MUCH merchandise from them as possible too. Like don't get me wrong there's always been merch and I love merch as much as the next person but like sometimes too much is too much yknow?
@@deluxeshowandtell Just thought I'd say this: I found this camera on a second hand website for 24 dollars and it included a NiMH battery charger, a bag, the lens cover, the data cable and both of the CDs that it came with. Im gonna save up until the end of the month and get it
Lmao!!! You aren't gonna have to worry about competing with Mr Beast anymore. Considering what's come to light about him now, I very much doubt he'll be even half as popular as he was before.
I am a physical media guy (old fogey) and have tons of vinyl records, cassette tapes, reel to reel tapes, VHS tapes, CD-s, DVD-s, Blu-rays and now a smattering of 4K movies ... not to mention hundreds of books. The one thing that annoys me is that the hardware required to play the media becomes harder and harder to get. Try getting a new VHS player or a high quality cassette player. I suspect that soon it will become difficult to get a DVD player as corporations would really prefer you to pay for things via subscription rather allowing you to actually own their products.
