On this channel we review Nintendo Switch games! Plus we do other videos like Bargain Bin (Playing really bad Wii Games), Man VS Boy (Me vs one of my kids in a game), and Let's Plays.
For clues to my next review follow me on twitter at Wiiviewer.
I finished it last night. Having the ability to make beds whenever you want, made the entire point of making health smoothies utterly pointless in the game. And the whole clockwork monsters were useless too, I never used them once in the entire game. Also, the fact you can sequence break most of the game using either the beds, or the water cubes was baffling too. I skipped an entire dungeon as I thought that was what you were supposed to do!
Alba is such a bad name... anyways, the game does look incomplete, where is the trash? Joking, i mean, i get the idea of the game, but i don't like it, its as if a narrow-minded kid made it. Its as if the game is trying to "radicalize" me or something, and there are many things to fix from the 3rd world i come from, but come on, is not like a badly made game is gonna fix the problems of the creators.
Hey Wiiviewer, I just wanted to leave a bit of a longer comment to say thank you for all of your work throughout the years. I started watching your videos back in the Wii days, and I loved them. They weren't only enjoyable and funny, but they were accessible to me as an early teenager in the Netherlands who didn't speak perfect English yet. They made me believe there was a place for my ideas and creativity too. Nowadays I actually have a job as a writer for a big Dutch satirical comedy TV show, and I think I wouldn't be where I am today without RU-vid creators like you inspiring me. So thank you for that! (And thank you to the LilWiiviewer and LittlestWiiviewer too of course!) Been enjoying your content for years, under different usernames but always with the same enjoyment, and I will happily continue to do so. (PS, if I left a comment just like this not too long ago, I'm sorry for the double post. I don't remember doing so but I'm not sure. But I figured better send it twice than never!)
So, the Wii u is bad because it had no good games on it ? Sounds like you just wanted to shit on the Wii u like everyone else, but had nothing to say about it.
I have played more games on the WiiU then you ever will. My WiiU (which is still hooked up) has over 70 games on it, and a great deal of them was shovelware I had to review due to not having anything else. I like some of the WiiU games, but for sure the WiiU wasn't a good system overall.
I'm autistic so I understand where you're coming from, but he has a viewer discretion disclaimer in his M-rated reviews. You don't have to watch them if you don't want to, and you shouldn't expect youtubers to only cater to what you like.
Lately, I’ve had my suspicions about Weather her interactive really is thinking of their so-called target demographic which they present Ages 10 up when they make their puzzles nowadays, when I a full, grown adult are struggling to complete these games because the puzzles are so hard. I highly doubt a 10 and up year old would be interested. There was a game that was released for a younger demographic, called codes and clues, but that didn’t seem to be better for the 10and up demographic. It seems like it was for toddlers.
As someone who has played both the PC and the Wii version of this game, the PC game is for superior. If you can only play one version of this game play the PC version if you’re a hard-core Nancy Drew fan, maybe play the Wii version once a rent or if you’re lucky and you’re library is like mine and it has Wii games borrow it from the library
I just finished another visual novel where I wished it relied more on the slice of life aspect as that was what it look like it'd be. It seems like a trope now where they feel like they need to add some crazy thing to end the story.
Awwwwwww man, so many memories! I used to have this video on my computer in high school! I would watch it over and over. Thanks for the trip down memory lane
i can see that Lucia was not part of the team in the original version, to be honest i prefer the ps1 version, were she was part of the team but only ai allie
That's so cool! My husband and I are working on a complete Working Designs set. I love that they sent you a demo tape for pesting them about the release 😅
That's awesome. I ended up only playing the PSP remake and it was awesome. But i know the ps version or even the sega cd are well liked too. Cool video.
It's been a long time since I've seen your face. And I will say, you weren't kidding when you stated about your hair thinning out. Mine is too sadly. And considering I'm 38 right now, in ten years time, it'll probably look like that.
It's really a shame that this game is so rare. My roommate and I were lucky to find a copy of the first Lunar a few years ago. We still have it even if we haven't played it in a while.
