Just came out of the oven.. And I gotta say. This cake is crazy! The batter was already silky and pillowly. Followed your instructions. Going to let it cool and ice it tomorrow for the family cookout. I will say, I added French Vanilla Creamer instead of Milk or Half & Half. But thank you so much!! 🥰

Great recipe. However, I’d wash the spinach first and not add it directly from package into the pan. I found a bug in one of ‘em before so I always, always inspect/wash thoroughly ..
