If anyone wants Horror movie music, let me know... (Edit) When I was a kid, the only school, was in Hollywood. Took the wind out of my sails when I told my mom, she said, "there's no way." Thank you Tom, at 48, I still would love to take the course...
I'm so happy to see this ! I have been a special effects makeup artist since the mid 80's and seeing these young people who are basically "Me" getting a great education in all aspects of this craft is great! If your school ever needs additional instructors, I would love to teach there! I have taught individual students for many years but would love to teach entire classes. I'm working on a curriculum in "Design" whereby students will see what makes design good or bad, and why.
Kudos, again, Tom for you and your students creating a wonderful monster for Brainiac" (2004) shot in Johnstown. We got a five-year worldwide distribution contract. You put us on the map and over the top.
Congrats everyone! For those following the Tom Savini school : Jerry Gergely does a speech at 37:50. Tom Savini's is 40:48. Tom's make up graduation class is at 1:01:00 and my special student Victoria is presented at 1:04:17! Biggest cheers for the MU class! And boy it's fun to see the creativity in the film and make up students!
Enjoyed Thomas's obvious professionalism, patience with questions, and industry anecdotes. Great voice and articulation vital to these presentations. Thank you!
